We have returned to purchasing from…
We have returned to purchasing from Dreams as this was the third mattress in three years. The previous two did not last and were too uncomfortable. The staff were helpful and encouraged us to try them out. Unfortunately, as we decided to upgrade from a Double to a Kingsize they didn't have any bed frames to fit our criteria, so we had to purchase from elsewhere. The delivery was excellent and exactly as we were informed. We received a phone call confirming the 2-hour delivery slot and the men were very polite. If only the delivery from the bedframe company was half as good!!

Fantastic
Fantastic. Excellent customer service from a guy called Paul at the Wrexham branch. He was extremely helpful and honest.
Minor issue, the delivery team who to be fair were friendly damaged an internal wall when taking out the waste squeezing it past the to be installed mattress.

Dream of a service
From the courtesy and advice from Sean at the wrexham shop to the very lovely delivery men, shopping at dreams has been a good experience. We were kept informed from order to delivery. We need to purchase a further two single beds in the next few weeks and will be going only to dreams.

Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care, I was given the opportunity to try out as many mattresses as I wanted. Great range of products. The removal of my old bed and mattress was a very useful option, as was delivery to my room if choice, and assembly. I am happy with my new bed and mattress, and my sleeping has improved slightly.

Very helpful sales team

We had to air the mattress
We had to air the mattress. Probably been rapped up in a plastic bag for a long time.
We had a funny smell. The smell is gone now after spraying refreshing spray.
