Good prices and helpful service and advice
First time I didn't get a call back so I decided to hold. Answered in about 10 minutes
Jay was very helpful in matching bookings prices made through a third party and explaining the loyalty scheme.
Better direct as can be cancelled until arrival at the desk and no pre-payment.

Once again, Janos was outstanding. He booked us the exact van that we needed. He answered all our questions. Offered advice and helped us through the booking process.
