A quick, clear, and concise experience when booking.
The 'Chat' was initiated very soon after I went to the Drivalia site. Jay offered to give me a discounted price on booking. We briefly discussed the types of car on offer. HIs responses were quick and to the point, and when I agreed to a booking, he told me clearly what conditions had to be met, and what documents I needed to present in addition to having a current credit card concisely. The whole process was approximately 10 minutes.
