I had a 5:30 pm appointment with Emily, I was told that they were backed up because of a significant amount of walk ins. Emily kept me informed of my wait time. She was very professional and made sure I fully understood the process. She definitely had the perfect sales rep attitude. The entire process went smoothly.

Danica was great

John was amazing! He really walked me through my very first car buying experience. He explained things very well and clear. I do not have any complaints or negatives about the service and care he showed.

I was nervous about the car purchase but I came to the Raleigh location and the atmosphere was peace full and relaxing. I no longer felt nervous. I was assisted right away.
