Nathan Becker was very professional and great at his job. He was able to get me into a car and walked me through every step.

The young lady seated at the desk warmly greeted me upon entry and asked for my information. She was professional and friendly.
Nathan Becker, the salesman greeted me. He was very patient and professional. I was on a time restraint and he worked with me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. The car I wanted was on reserve by someone else. Nathan helped me with looking at other options. I did end up getting the car I initially wanted. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and the best salesman I have ever had. Thank you for restoring my faith in buying a car.

Good Service

Emily Lenhart was exceptional in dealing with us during our whole transaction from beginning to end.

It was what every customer should expect from the greeting when u walk in and the fast service it was awesome, they guy at the desk was super cool and Krystal Wayland was amazing helping me with my decision for a car after she found out the car I actually came in for happened to be reserved but she made it to where I got a better car and paying around the same thing I would of been paying for the car I came in for. I am very well satisfied with the service and the team they have there.

John was very professional he did a very good job at explaining everything that we had to sign as well as making sure he walked us through all of the check list on the vehicle giving us a peace of mind that everything was in working order we have never had any other car dealerships do half as much as he did

Words can't describe how I feel right now😊. Based off the two salesman that worked with me Mr John and Mr Nathan and even the phone conversations were great. Mr Nathan really made my day on 12/02/23 by helping me purchase my vehicle. I'm truly grateful and thankful. When everyone else couldn't do anything DriveTime came through. I would definitely recommend them.

What the company is doing well? Hiring friendly, professional, and positive sales persons, notably Emily, Amber, and Janica Cooper.Paperwork was understandable, explained in plain English. Also, I can appreciate being closed on Sunday. Although these were positive aspects of the experience.
The negative is the long wait times in office, coming back and forth 3 times, finally geting vehicle. Oh, making sure online data is current, updated timely. Not good business to advertise certain vehicles are available, and are sold before can get to office.

My whole purchase experience with DriveTime was awesome! From the ladies who assisted me, to the perfect vehicle for me being on the lot. However, I've only had the car for a week today, and the service oil light came on tonight. I'm gonna need that free oil change asap.

Updated review! I purchased my car on June 30th from the Raleigh NC location. It's Aug 2nd and I still don't have my tags and the temporary ones expired July 30th. I have called 3 days in a row and NO ONE from DriveTime has even returned my call. The DMV said my tags have not even been processed!!! I mean you guys had 30 days.....where are my tags or at least a return call to say what is being done.
