I worked with a wonderful woman named Breez in your Raleigh store. Breez was more than delightful! Breez, greeted me with the most infectious smile the moment I walked in the door. Breez was super knowledgeable regarding product knowledge and made me feel informed and all so comfortable. Her customer service skills and technical ABILITIES are above excellent. Id buy another car with her tomorrow(just because of great experience) but, that's the really good part, I wont have to!
Breez listens.. she found a great car for me with everything I request.. great mileage, leathertrim and payments just for me.. Im more than happy. I feel like Drive Time displays great value to their clients.. and funny to say.. I have not paid out money in a while and felt this great!!! A great experience.. ask for Breez!!.. From Walking in to Walking out EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! It took a little longer than I anticipated but I did not leave unsatisfied. Breez was the saleswoman that helped me and I believe that's why I left a little later because we had such genuine conversation and laughs. She and another associate were the only individuals assisting customers at opening time. Breez worked with two individuals back to back to ensure quality service. I appreciate her checking in with me and multitasking to get the job done. I purchased a 17 Hyundai Accent and IM LOVING IT !!! Thanks Again Breez !!! Ya'lll Go See Her !!!!
