Scam company. DO. NOT USE

Unfortunately I have been scammed by this company. They purported to set up an IVA for me and took 2 payments before I woke up to the fact that they did not in fact set one up. There is none recorded and they have left me in an appalling situation.
I have reported them to the authorities and there is an investigation underway.
Since the first payment there has been no response to communications. All 3 people I dealt with ignore emails. I then resorted direct to the company who have also ignored my pleas for help.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP AND BE SCAMMED AS I HAVE BEEN.

I had a dro in my name because of the extravagant fees , that ended up killing my dog anyway, now after 12 months of the cooling off period I get an email saying urgent please make a payment, thought ok ill give them a ring, and Jesus Christ it was like I robbed someone and drop kicked a nan or something, really full on it was hilarious, ordering me to do this and I need to do that, vets haven't been notified (even tho they get in contact with me after the 12 months) in my email the name was spelled wrong told her to check on the register, she pretended to type and said I wasn't on there. And she's going to chase up my address and take me to court.. I think i told her to breathe at one point!!!

Got a text from these people claiming…

Got a text from these people claiming I'd been declined for a loan I hadn't applied for.

Was told it was due to me having had a check for loans available on a credit broker website, this doesn't make any sense to me as a debt broker site puts me through to people they think may give me a loan and then I will have to apply on that website to even be declined.

Woman on the phone kept talking over me while I explained this as I feel one of the sites I applied on may have been trying to get a loan in my name as a scam was told I'm not on their system but didn't hear her type nor did I give her my number or even spell my name for her to even check if one had been applied for in my name.

Applying to broker sites does not apply you for a loan without you even putting in a loan amount you wish to apply for with the company the broker matches you with so I do not understand how that would be possible.

Horrible if they know you struggle to pay the original rip off vet simply because you need treatment they are really stupid to think we will pay them on top who is this Mike brooks I have contacted the ombudsman regarding this company bullying tactics

I have a debt to my local vet which I…

I have a debt to my local vet which I totally accept and it was passed onto Debt Solve. I had someone visit my address and I felt intimidated into entering a payment plan I couldn't afford and as such I couldn't keep up with the payments. I've asked for a hold to be put on my account a couple of times just to I can seek debt advice and get my head sorted but it never happens. I'm disabled and mostly housebound. I have M.E, Fibro, as well as severe anxiety and OCD. I'm deemed a vulnerable adult and I have told them this but it doesn't change a thing. I'm not adverse to paying my debt. I own it, I'll pay it. I just can't afford the £40 a month right now. :(

Disgusting

Disgusting ! Horrible staff who send horrible letters and add a fee which is more than the outstanding balance itself! Talk about trying to ensure you never get out of debt!

Disgusted with this company

Disgusted with this company , desperate money thirsty parasites , I was called by a man named David Taylor on Friday demanding I set up a payment plan , I explained the situation that there must be a mix up at the vets but instead I was made out to be a liar and threatened with legal action. The vets manager Sally wasn’t in at the time and wouldn’t be back in the practice until Monday. This completely ruined my weekend as the issue could not be resolved until Sally was back in Monday morning and could rectify her mistake. David Taylor is a nasty bully who obviously gets off on his small position of power , threatening vulnerable adults around Christmas time especially with the on going cost of living crisis , I’m struggling to put in to words the amount of stress this ordeal caused me , I just hope karma has a way of dealing with this horrid person as his manager Nichola Cook was only to happy to sweep it under the bush after excusing his despicable behaviour.

Excellent, friendly and professional service

Just had a call with Kash; service was incredibly friendly and professional, asked for consent to record details and perform a soft search for credit. Explained my options, and arranged a call later in the day for a better time to refer me over to an organisation that provides the consolidation services, whilst also explaining that I’m not held to any agreement and will be sent documents to read and review.

Personally had a good experience and did not feel pressured or harassed to make any decisions on the phone. Personal details asked for were all relevant and necessary, and was asked consent before Kash recorded them and performed a credit check, explaining the reasons on every step of the way.

Absolutely excellent

Helped me set up a payment plan from the debt i was confused about, payment set up a couple of weeks ago, first payment went out today as agreed. Excellent customer service and thank you to the operator who helped to explain why the debt was there a month or so ago so i could work out where i had gone wrong... spoke to two people over the course of a couple of months and not once did i have a problem with customer service, i think all angry reviews on here are from people who just dont want to pay their debts!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, mannerisms awful and professionalism poor, how do use expect to get payments from people by talking to customers in this way, not a hope in hell resolving a situation if the first point of contact is like the one I have just experienced, Stacey you really need to work on your telephone skills!!! The vet we used treated us badly now we having to deal with another rude company, happily have the debt taken to to court just so I don’t have the stress of this company to also. Nearly £200 added to my original bill for late payments on something that was linked to my old address. I will be taking legal action about how we have been treated thank you for a great experience, manners cost nothing

Bully's

Totally unreasanable company charges that are more than your agreed payment if you miss. Got a call today from a lady who straight away I explained I have mental health issues and other problems and didn't give a care. Yes I got angry but that is one of my problems and surely your company has a duty of care dealing with clients with issues. in the end she terminated the call like that sorted the issue out, told her it would be easier to take me to court then I would not have all charges added also explained my husband is furloughed and only have his wages coming in and I have priorty debts and she didn't care

I listened to the call recording; due to your inability to take on board what the agent was trying to say, it was impossible to arrive at a suitable conclusion. Insisting my client begins legal action is not in your best interest. We have placed a hold on further action for 30days to allow you to seek professional advice, alternatively, contact me when you are able, and we will agree on a sustainable payment plan.

Horrible abusive company who make…

Horrible abusive company who make threatening calls and when I called the company to ask about the letters and calls I was greeted by a horrible woman who wouldn't listen to me she just kept shouting over me. Saying she didn't care and would be making sure that I would get another £175 added to the bill. I was polite and professional it's just a pity that she was unable to control her temper.

I was standing next to the agent when your call came in. Your attitude was appalling from the beginning, and you wouldn’t let the agent explain how we can help. Your account should have been paid at the point of service. You also accuse my agent of threatening to add £175.00 to your account, totally untrue. Was phoned by this company looking to collect money from me for an overdue balance which was fine. However upon answering the call my signal wasn't great and the advisor kept cutting off, I only asked her if she could hear me properly before I got this condescending and snappy attitude back, could hardly believe it, after saying I'd speak with the Vet directly I was simply told that debt collectors would be round before being cut off.

I'm wasn't being spoken to like that but called back, spoke to a friendly gentlemen and we agreed on a pay back date.

Sort out your agents, you're collecting money not bounties. Horrible person.

I wrote a review about these scumbags pointing out how they were ringing my number 24/7 chasing up someone Id never heard of. Really menacing and just a bunch of disgusting two bob toe rags really. Its actually a vile husband and wife set up Im told, with her wearing the trousers and lordy everything Ive heard about her whilst making enquiries points to her being a nasty piece of work. She actually demanded I give her my details and said her removing my number and stopping the harassment was dependent on me telling her my details ! Yeah right ! So I'm posting again because this dumb cow replied to my earlier post saying all I had to do was impart my private details and my personal number would have ben removed. Pardon !! Like do as Im told ? Go sit on something with that fat behind of yours
DslUK is a company to avoid if you prefer to deal with human beings. You'll see the idiot owner has commented below. He asked who am I ! What the frig does that have to do with him ? All DSl had to know was I wasn't the person they were harassing. Im under no obligation to impart my details to a cowboy set up.He suggests I was aggressive. I hadrecieved at that time in excess of 100 calls from these sewer dwellers and yet I wasnt aggressive in the least. I just just told her to stop ringing my home number and she refused saying she'd carry on battering down my phone until I told her who I was ! Even over the phone I know I was dealing with a really nasty woman and everything Ive found out about them since supports my feelings
DO NOT use these scumbags. Even if its you owed money because nobody would want people terrorised the way this nasty little firm terrorise and bully people

An On going Nightmare 😱

Changed my review because I was angry.
Not had a great experience with this company...No one likes phone calls from debt company's but this one unfortunately has caused me alot of upset. Not only have the Vets given them the wrong information about my situation, I was refused Debit or transfer payments as this company ONLY excepts cash payments into their bank,. after the final payment was made and the phone call of confirmation from them saying we'll never hear from them again, now I'm getting calls several months later stating that they only received half of the payment. Shown proof of payments, (receipts) and I now have to visit the bank myself to ask where my payment went or who received it? With this VIRUS keeping us inside, this situation has really stressed my family out and pro-longing this nightmare.
I'm sorry its not a good review. I wish it wasn't like this for all of us.
