Harassment to next level tried to agree…

Harassment to next level tried to agree a payment plan they refused until I payed what they wanted . Shown proof of income still making me pay what I can’t afford . Few days late on payment (2days) phone calls threatening to come to my house . I apologised and explained I was going in hospital the next day for a double breast removal they asked for prove.i sent them proof and asked if they could leave me alone for a couple of weeks as i was not mentally coping. I had operation and the same day I still got emails asking for proof I had it done . I did over photos as it was the only proof I had that removal surgery. Now I’m going to look in to taking action as luckily it was all emails so I have the proof of me telling them I’m I’ll and mentally not stable and was suicidal and they still pushed .And before dsl comment saying I have no arrangement to pay them or default on full settlement.Im Paying them £10 a week even though they know I can’t afford it . Always pay by credit card so I do have proof when the dsl’s reply to this comes saying I have no payment plan or should pay in full that Regular payments of £10 are being made every week or £20 a fortnight if I have no cash . I have requested them to take me to court to stop them charging me further .

Dont be fooled by DSL vet claims

Dont be fooled by DSL vet claims. They act illegally adding interest or charges to the account sold by the VET.
Remember you never entered a credit agreement, subject to a credit check to begin with at the VET, you never signed anything at the VET either, therefore they cannot add charges to that debt, that is illegal.
Every letter you get with extra charges is illegal, ask them for a copy of the non existent credit agreement, that explains the interest or extra charges, they will not be able to provide it.
DSL are your average bunch of cowboys who try everything to badger you into paying, like court proceedings etc
If your disputing the debt with the VET tell these cowboys to bog off, or better still tell them to send you the court date with details explaining the extra charges.

Debt collection agency acting illegally

Worst debt collection agency. They are chasing me for a debt for a gym membership that isn't mine. The gym is one hour away from my location I have explained to them that i am disputing the debt but they still insist that they will send me a bailiff when they don't even have a writ (court order). They sent me a text which I have kept as evidence that they will charge me for the debt collector.

People don't fall for them. they cant do anything without a court order. If they try and visit your address do not let them in and call the police for harassment.
