I placed an order 5 days ago. I still don't have shipping date. I send them many emails asking shipping date. They don't answer. Order D-O6533
Edit: They say they haven't received any emails. This is funny. This is a big lie (I have read receipts). I send all the mails to their support email, I cancelled the order they still deliver it. It's sure I'm not going to accept the order. I will ask from my bank to refund.
Edit 2: The delivery details don't mean anything. You delivered after I cancelled the order. I will refuse the delivery and will not accept it. I hope it's clear. I already asked from my bank to refund.
Update: My bank has issued the refund on 21-12-2023. Thanks to my bank. Do not buy from this company.

Still haven't received item, tracking information is very inconsistent. It's a wedding gift - the wedding is in ten days. Ordered June 20, tracking says "preparing for maritime transport" since June 27.When purchased, delivery time was estimated at 20 days. That amount of time has now come and gone. Looks like it's not arriving on time, if at all.

I odered more that two months ago filling to my fatboy.
I got it yesterday. But actually it dosn’t matter. They inform me about delayd delivery so I didn’t even expeted it come quickly.
And afterall , it’s was half cheapier than in Finland.

DYH was really quick to execute
DYH was really quick to execute my order by shipping the item right away. So that was very excellent. Because the product was to go from Berlin to Vancouver, I knew that shipping would take awhile especially when there are still world-wide backups. After a month, DHL, the shipping company did not update the status of the package. After expressing my concern to DYH to help lookup where the package was (only the shipper is allowed to make the inquiry), I felt a bit like my question was brushed off. It took a couple more emails for DYH to take me seriously. After setting up a ticket in their system, the package was finally updated by DHL after five weeks and arrived in Montreal. It still took just over six weeks for it to arrive. I would give DYH 5 stars since the product is very nice and they acted very quickly. However I minus one star for not addressing my concern very seriously.

Fast and reliant delivery. Good customerservice. However, the reason they didnt get 5 five stars is due to the average packing of the item. Some bubbleplast wraped around a the package for 370 Euro is no OK it should have been better packed. Fortunately there was no damage on the item.
