I bought some accessories for my pillows (brand = Roomox) on the 19th of April on DYH website. I still did not receive it after 7 weeks.
The more upseting is that I'm sending them a mail every week (already 4 mails) and they keep on replying that the parcel will be processed within 2 or 3 days, which is obviously a lye (the first time they told it to me was on the 4th of May, more than one month ago...). Their behaviour is clearly dishonest, I think they don't have the product and keep on lying to me to keep my money...

I ordered an I-Pad pillow from this company on April 8th. I was sent a tracking number the next day. I kept checking on the processing of the tracking and nothing changed. On the 6th of May I sent an email asking where my parcel was. I received an email back saying they'd send it within the week. They did not. I sent another email on 19th May asking where my parcel was and tracking number. They emailed back saying it would be sent out within the week. It has not. I sent another email today, 1st June, as still waiting for the parcel. I ordered an item from another company which was being sent from China and it came within 2 weeks so there is no way Covid-19 can be an excuse. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

I bought some furniture on this site and I must say that everything is ok. Good quality as I like it. Had to wait 3 days longer but thats perhaps of Corona. So I think everything is ok.
