The vase I bought was a little bigger than I thought it was when I ordered it, however I absolutely love it, the quality is good and the delivery was quick too.I didn’t have any issues and I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Everything fine
Delivery took a little longer than expected but I contacted customer service and they let me know where my package was at. When I received it everything was fine and I'm in love with my new Beanbag! I’ll definitely recommend it to others!

Got an email after ordering saying that the product I ordered can’t be delivered until next month, so I waited because I didn’t need it immediately and I didnt have any problems after that. When the next month came they were able to deliver it and it came in the promised time frame and the Product is just the way I wanted it. Good service for letting me know and great product!

I ordered outdoor funiture over 2 weeks ago, it said that the delivery time would be 5-10 days. I got an e-mail from the company telling me that the funiture Will be delivered the coming week. Now the week is over and no funiture has arrived - and it’s over 2 weeks since I ordered them. Mailed the company who told me that the funiture Will come this week (but they haven’t). And, compared to other companies you can’t even follow the order to see what’s going on!!! I really hope they Will arrive this weekend!!

The delay was caused due to delivery problems that the courier had. We have solved the problem and the customer has received the order and left a 5 Star reveiw later on the 8th september.
Nice item but poor delivery service
Unfortunately item was delayed but what I dont expect is the hassle I received from de delivery company telling me off for living in the 5th floor (with elevator by the way). He informed that it should have been a curb-side delivery ‘only’. I’m sorry, but for a B2C furniture item I expect it to be delivered to my door. I would like DYH to take this into consideration as there is no way I could have dragged the heavy item up without human help or a trolley. And I certainly don’t need telling off as a customer.

It is standard shipping and is sent by an external carrier who has to deliver to the address - nothing else is stated on our website.
Of course you are right that when there is a lift, the carrier could have just brought the pallet up there!
We take note of your comment and will see what we can do in the future to avoid these problems.
