Dzing is a scam app and they’re stealing account holders money. They took my £100 in 30 days from my account without my knowledge and consent and their excuse was you did not update your KYC information even though I’m fully KYC customer and I have completed before, my details hasn’t been changed and they have copy of my passport and another documentation and I was not aware of this at all and most importantly, I’m have a free account with free subscription fee and I do not even use this account, I just had some money in there for a while so therefore I will be closing the account and if they don’t refund my money back then I will be taking them to court to get my money from these thief and scammers.

Before the pandemic, I got a one-month sim from ToTheMoon. I used it for less than one month and then disconnected it.
Now, almost six years later, I recieve an email from DZing stating my monthly fees will be increasing.

I never signed a credit agreement, nor took any notice of their offer to open a banking account with them.

Why, on earth, are the DZing Finance Team contacting me for anything? And of course, theres no unsubscribe link on the email as its a 'service message'.
If I could give a zero I would, as there is not a single reason why the finance arm of TTM would have my details, as I repeat; I never had a credit agreement and never applied for their companion bank account.

Update: the email for the Data Protection Officer returns an error of "user unknown". This email adress was taken from their Privacy Policy posted on their website.

I made a sepa transfer from genome in the amount of 105 euros, just a test transfer, the money did not go to my account. Of course they came to them, that's obvious. They asked me for checks, statements, in short, it felt like I was depositing 1 million there. I provided everything, but the support is so incompetent that they don’t even remember anything. I sent documents 3 times. Don't laugh out loud..... For 11 days now, support has been responding to me with templates. Nonsense, wild wild, incompetence. I don’t understand where the regulatory authorities are looking:? It says they have US registration, SEC where are you? This is nonsense...

I came across Dzing Finance from another horrible telecom service To The Moon Mobile (TTM or TTMM), as Dzing Finance backs TTM's finance functionality. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from Dzing Finance. They have failed to address my request of returning my money held by them. They were quite happy to blame TTM for this. It's been 3 months and no resolution was made.

The recent 5 star reviews here are clearly fake. There's no mention of what services they have used. Please avoid using Dzing finance's services directly or indirectly at all costs.

Dzing are a massive scam.
Still no contact or response to my complaint.
Customer "support" is non existent.

Just to let you know, all information was forwarded again to the relevant department and we will contact you back right away when we get feedback related to your case."

this is all I get, but no response whatsoever!
Steal your money.
Cannot comply with their own complaints procedure.
Refuses to accept any responsibility or even give a response.

Clearly leaving daily fake reviews on their own site as they are all written by 1 review people and all in the same way.

DO NOT TRUST THESE, DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Please note they won't even respond to the Financial Ombudsman or the FCA either.

Edit.....I have now established that you are part of 'To The Moon' mobile. I ended my contract with them, but you continued to take money from my account.

Again, I'm another person (mug) who has had money taken fraudulently from my bank account by Dzing.
I have never even heard of this so called 'company' or had any dealings with them. I have tried to telephone them and email, but no joy.....which is hardly surprising looking at their ratings here. Surely the Financial Ombudsman should look into these fraudsters?

I have an account with to the moon mobile and the finance part is run by dzing finance. Over a week ago I could not log in and went to the atm and money was missing I was told that dzing finance who are their finance partner are experiencing problems ? After emailing them directly they have said its nothing to do with them even though my bank statements are with them?? Seems they are scamming everyones money and locking them out. Dont even have the decency to reply back and explain why they have took peoples money

Straightforward functionality and card payments. Support needs to be upgraded.

I have issues with my account more than 10 days ago. I was asked to send requested info and I did it in time. There's still no reply from Dzing. Funds are frozen. Support chat ignors msgs.

I see many negative reviews. Why don't you want to be better?

I can only iterate what the person below me said:
Allowing fraudsters to use your bank as hustlers and scammers. I got fraudulently taken a mug of by a bell end with a dzing account..
Get this sorted and give me my money back that u allowed to be stolen from me. If not then I will gladly show all the proof to my lawyer about this and sue the pants off you guys. Sort it asap!

It all started when they sent emails stating that the GBP account numbers will be changed . Since then payments are not coming in or leaving can't use my cards . All of a sudden they restricted my account functionalities indefinitely said they will get back to me but don't know when . This is also happening to another friend of mine. Their support don't reply to messages inapp or via their mail support. They just sent a mail this money about technical difficulties
I just want to withdraw my funds and leave this bank .Please help us reach out to them to allow us access to our funds

Bank for Scammers, please AVOID !!
Scammers use this online bank accounts to scam people and then close the account. The bank is not answering any emails and messages. I fully doubt the compliance team ability to refund the scammed funds or even find the scammers.

Support does not respond to all requests
it is not possible to withdraw money
They do not want to help in solving the problem

Interested to see the scam involving gumtree.
Yet again ficticious courier fees requested to be transferred to Dzing. Ombudsman needs to know asap

It seems that this is a very easy company for scamming people. Someone purchased a product from me and when it came to payment they requested me to sent money as apparently they put extra money in my account and I had to reimburse them. Don't fall for it people,Dzing you should be ashamed of yourself.

I just avoided being scammed while selling goods via Gumtree.

When I checked the sort code of the account I was being asked to transfer funds to for a fictitious courier it is held at Dzing.

I have reported the account and expect action will be taken.

It looks like this set up pays little to no regard to whom it offers clearing services.

If I do not hear back I will report Dzing to the Financial Conduct Authority for aiding and abetting fraud.
