Why is my Dzing app won’t let me login? The app firstly said ‘access denied’ and I decided to retry after some couples of hours it said “access blocked” pls how can I get hold of my account

Dzing Finance Limited appears to be aiding and abetting Belarusian ticket fraudster using Twitter to sell scam Coldplay concert tickets. What AML/KYC policies do you have in place to prevent this from happening again?

DZING is a financial institution which doesn't provide customer friendly services. Their services are disorganized with ailing structure .. Their policies are troubled inconvenient and impractical & inefficent..their policies are based on separation of the true LEGIMATE people..Dont risk your money..There are better financial institutions on the net..Please stay away from this organisation..Not customer friendly at all...Their reply below has also no sense at all....Unreliable organisation...I AM NOT A FRAUDSTER.. But MY RIGHT IS Violated.. And they are not aware of that...

I was defrauded yesterday by someone who’s account was with Dzing
Over £1000 gone from my account and done in such a clever deceitful way. My bank now know and their fraud team is on it. But how is it so easy for the fraudsters to get away with this via your bank?

I have just been defrauded by someone whose apparently personal bank account details were connected to the name "Dzing Finances Limited" in online banking. Beware of links to fraud.

Am receiving demands from Dzing.com for 206€ and now 256€. I've never heard of them. Scam? How do I report this to the police? My bank will be informed.

Dzing are in denial, yet took 249.68€ from my Santander account between 26th and 30th May! Banco Santander has been informed, and an investigation started.

Dzing is a SCAM!!! Do not waist your time for it.
I registered my account. But I cannot even verify my identity because there is no Slovakia in the list of the countries from which Dzing accept ID-documetns for verification. Imagine, Slovakia is a member of EU but it is not in the list! Although Moldova, Uzbekistan, Mexico and many other countries outside EU are in the list.
I spend a lot of time to explain this to Anastasia but it seems that she even does not know how their mobile app looks like. Otherwise she could understand me.
Further, I decided to upgrade to Elite Plan. I paid 12.99 EUR for upgrade but this plan does not work. Virtual disposable card is not available for me.
So I require that Dzing make a refund 30 EUR back my my VISA card used for the deposit. If I do not my money back, I will send the complaint to FCA. I think that FCA should consider this scam closely.

Had to get the fraud team at my bank to deal with these scammers! Had 7 transactions taken out of my account and I've never even heard of them let alone use them! on top of that they had set up a direct debit on my account without my consent! Fortunately I'm savvy and noticed wonder how many victims haven't

I would like to know why I have been sent two cards! How did they get my detials

I have no idea why I have just received a Dzing card in the post and my husband has received 3 cards. I shall not be using this company ever as they seem very dodgy.

I received a non instigated mail containing a 'welcome' document and a Debit Card in my name.
I am not at all happy about this unauthorised action and will be contacting them to erase my details - and the associated Account from their files entirely.
If they don't comply, I will be reporting them to the FCA.

This is a scary bank, if I can call it bank. To many payments didn't received it. It's calling a multi-currency account buy in fact they have just 4-5 currencies. Scam to much scam. Answers are very late on the app aswell. More than 48h no money shows on my account despite the fact that was a UK Bacs Transfer

This is what Trustpilot answered to me the 3 october 2020 when I sent a review of the new e-money institution known as Dzing Finance ("The Mesh of Dzing"). There was ANY kind of heavy word or insult. In the review I just described how the online emoney institution 1) closed my account after cheating me about the mailing of the debit card to my address in Madrid, a card that never arrived before they closed my account with an unrelated reason... 2) At first, my blocking was in a tricky way, through avoiding the apk to be downloaded from Play Store in Philippines and to my particular mobile Oppo. Dzing assistance keep me busy with this problem during two weeks, and weirdly they made me to go to a pc to picture the reasons why Play Store blocked the download: exclusively my phone model brand (!?)... 3) No reason was offered to me when after few days, I was blocked the access to my account, and few later I received an email asking me to verify my account, when to my tier one (ridiculous balance of 200 eur max, 150 ATM withdraw) was not compulsory and never used the account for any amount while waiting for the card. For this money limits they were treating me as a financial international criminal -never responded to my inquiry of likely confusion... 3) No matter, the verification was impossible with my access blocked, and this was against the Terms and Conditions that states clearly that you have the chance to comply with required information. 4) Before I could react, they blocked formally the account because I did not send the info and because I did not justify the reasons to open a global travel account of no more than 200 euros balance (to buy soda and pants?) attached to my impossible verification: they sent the message to my span folder. 5) Four times I asked them for how to complaint to the Company and further to UK Financial Authorities, but never answered me. 6) In the Corporate information I discovered that Dzing had a Polish share: the same as another company from which I was barred arbitrarily months before in my quest for a supposed "global' payment company, Noveba (it was an scandal I received from them a message just saying they could not open an account to ME. 7) I wrote a comment here in Trustpilot with reference to all the emails Dzing sent me as proof, but after formal notice of being published I discover now that it is not (error 404), never I received notice of the opposite. This is the situation in which the civil rights are now in the core of Western Europe. Good luck!
