I have placed the order in June 2023- since then I haven't received the product and I havent received any reimbursement.
Although I have sent many emails requesting the money back - they have never send back the money.
Total scam- please avoid at all cost to use this website.

Same as many others. Order #ECWCH#18063 placed in September but being delayed several times, until in December, I decided to request a cancelation.
After successful cancellation, no refund, no answer to emails, nothing...
Same as others I will have to go through lawyers! What a pity :-(
Nobody should buy through this site. Service is unacceptable.

Ordered in May,, after 2”delays” never heard back from them again. Biggest online retailer scam. And ofcourse the man in charge Avdiljvahid Zekirovski.

No delivery, no money, no contact. Order done August, till now no resolution, as my precedents, they just keep pushing to the future. In 10 days, I am sorry that is our vendor fault another 20 days, I am sorry we will check if we could canel your order, another 10 days, you will have money in 14 days. No money, oh I am sorry we will check with our accounts. I am going to report a fraud to the police.

I have ordered a product in May, which has never been delivered. I canceled the order in July and I am still waiting for a refund, even after filing a bretribung.
After many emails asking for the refund, they announce a payment within the next 14 working days". After the deadline had expired, a refund was announced again “within the next 14 working days”.

I ordered a bottle of paint four months ago, I was promised a one week delivery, I haven't recieved either my money nor the paint, only a few emails two months ago saying the delivery was delay, I then explained to them I didn't need it anymore and that I wanted my money back, I got no reply. I do not recommend anyone buying here.

Il s'agit d'une société en ligne qui ne livre pas la marchandise, ne répond pas au téléphone, aux e-mails, absolument rien.
Signalez-le aux bureaux chargés d'enquêter sur la malhonnêteté en ligne et au bureau de consommation clients.
Si beaucoup font cela, ils enquêteront et attraperont les responsables. Ne vous découragez pas de signaler, et ne les laissez pas continuer à agir ainsi librement !

This is an online company that doesn't deliver the goods, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to emails, absolutely nothing.
Report it to the offices responsible for investigating online dishonesty and the consumer office.
If many do this, they will investigate and arrest those responsible. Don’t be discouraged from reporting and don’t let them continue to do so freely!

I have two orders which I still haven't received (ordered May 2023) and no response for several months now! Order numbers 14370 and 14463. Spent a total of 350 CHF with them, very disappointed. No money back either...

i received my order finally all good , I am happy

Product arrived today, just over 2 months after ordered. The product is very good quality and certainly a good price, couldn't be found elsewhere online with shipping to Switzerland.

However, delivery delays were extremely long and exceeded estimated time given. Customer service was often unreachable in the beginnning until threatened with legal action; later on, customer service was sometimes aggressive on telephone due to a poor review given online. To be fair, a full refund was given a few weeks ago out of good will due to delivery delays. I will now pay as product has been delivered.

Not worth the hassle for saving a few francs!

Made an order 6 weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered in max 10 days, still nothing and customer service is not answering. avoid this site!

after posting this review they reached me… they are supposed to deliver in the next 10 days… wait and see

Soon it will be one year and still nothing, no money back after cancellation due to an unacceptable delivery delay announced. Several emails were sent, bank account references provided, several calls were made, always the same response : "you will get your money back within 14days (or 4 days depending of the moment), then nothing...

Time lawyer up and take action, seeing all the negative comments and the number of people in the same situation, something must be done.

October 20th - no news, no money back, this seller is a Fraud, be careful. I will pay them a visit in Zurich next week and will raise a complain at the local police after having done it in my canton.

Placed an order on 16th of July 2023 and didn't receive it yet. Tried to contact them via e-mail and website form - no answer. Avoid this eshop!

Scam scam alert. Never ever order something from this scam store. You will never receive your order. No emails answered. Just a scam.
I ordered a plastic step chair a year ago and never received it even after many emails, then I asked for refund but no answer. These are thieves. I am surprised how such a scam exists in Switzerland.

ECWCH#16995 order from 31.07 , no delivery , no answers for my emails and nobody answers phone , i asked to cancel this order and return money , no reaction , i have to go to police , no choice and contact mass media …

The worst experience ever with this company! From December 2022 I wait my order and they say everytime sorry for.....! Never again.

October 2022 I bought a heater. Of course never received. All excuses that was in spain, to much volume so late, then that my name wasnt found, when I sent the receipt they asked bank number to transfer money but that was 5 month ago. They are liars and cant understand Switzerlnd where we are or rich and get a lawyer or nothing to do. I want my money back! To answer your answer down here. Nobody answer the phone, you answer again my email saying will be taken care in the next 14 days, stop lying.

They did not carry the item in stock, and had no idea when it could be delivered. I asked them to cancel and refund my order.

they ignored the request and told me to be patient. I asked again for them to cancel, and only after threatening to contact my bank and file a fraudulent claim did they respond.

They asked for my bank details several times, and each time I sent them. Eventually they said the request had been sent to the accounts department and it would be 14 working days to receive the refund. This makes it over a month since requesting the cancellation.

UPDATE - 14 working days passed, still no refund. I waited 2 more weeks, still no refund. i have emailed them to get a response of 'You will receive it within 7 days' - all lies and THE WORST service I have ever experienced.

They don't send the item or refund you hoping you'll forget.
