If I could give less I would. I made payments for a year and when I checked I was even further behind. Luckily I had an income tax return that enabled me to pay it off. Went in last week and was unable to give a cheque ( they don’t accept) Couldn’t get back for 6 dates more interest added almost $75. If you have any other choice use someone else.

The only thing I'm satisfied is those gentleman Amit, and Lamar who helped me patiently.

I recently contacted easyfinancial regarding a payout issue related to my loan account. During the process I spoke with Emily from the customer support team, and I wanted to recognize the professionalism and care she demonstrated.

Emily took the time to carefully review the account history and quickly noticed inconsistencies between the standard process and what had previously been communicated to me by a branch. Instead of simply closing the interaction, she showed real ownership of the situation.

She attempted to contact the branch directly to help clarify the matter and, when she was unable to reach them, she proactively opened an internal ticket so that her manager and the regional team could review the case. She was transparent that it was an exceptional escalation and made no promises, but her willingness to advocate for a fair review was greatly appreciated.

I am currently recovering from ankle surgery and temporarily not very mobile, so having someone take the time to listen and genuinely help made a stressful financial situation much easier to manage.

Employees like Emily, who combine professionalism, empathy, and initiative, make a real difference in the customer experience. easyfinancial is fortunate to have someone like her on the team.

I got a consolidation loan for my debt and I would've been better off to keep my credit cards, I've been paying a loan for about a year and a half a substantial amount per week and only paid off $1000. Why? cause the interest is 35%. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had to call in and talk to an agent about payments and arrangements. I spoke to a gentleman named Habib. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me to understand some things that I was not aware of. In a situation where I felt out of my depth, and Habib helped me feel like a person and not just another customer service call.

They are Financial Scammer, they says 44% interest charge, but they will charge you 90%. They call people and says you are approve for lone, but it is a trap for poor people with low credit score. Be Carful about their email or calls!! Be A Ware.
They are like Crocodile, even you call to head office, they are worse them branches.

Donna was very accommodating and explained the loan application process clearly, especially since it was my first time applying for a loan.

Borrowed $10100 in 2023. Paid all my payments totaling over $11,000. But according to my easy financial statement, I have only paid over $600 in two years. Make that make sense!

It was the girl that helped me. She was very nice, polite and had so much patience. Didn't matter what kind of question I had even if I thought is was stupid. She would answer it.

Incredible Experience with Mary

Mary is the only rep from EasyFinancial that I have spoken to that was able to solve my concerns. She stayed on the phone with me over an hour and combed through my payments to make sure there weren't any errors in my Account, and to provide feedback to my Branch that I had a few concerns with. Throughout our call she was polite, engaging, and answered every question I had. She went above and beyond and turned my otherwise negative experience into a positive.

The staff was really helpful in explaining the process and was very patient with answering all my questions.
