The Project Managers are great, always ready to give all details required. Whenever possible, give extra time as per estimation suggested by us. Puts their say in a very professional way.

Very nice PM’s, always a good atmosphere. Sometimes the tight deadlines create a lot of stress on both sides, which can impact the translation.
There is always room for improvement, so I can’t give it a 5, especially since I’ve had some bad experiences lately, due to new PM’s maybe, and wrong choices of translators (I was proofreading or burning subtitles).
But apart from that, I would totally recommend this company.

Easy Translate is by far the best translation agency I have freelanced for! The agency is well-organized, fair and loyal and has a warm and welcoming corporate culture. Easytranslate looked after the spanish translation for our recent WHO International Healthy Cities Conference which took place in the Waterfront Hall, Belfast in early October 2018.
Their onsite interpreters, Ignacio and Alejandra, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and the company overall was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and will certainly use their services again.

Good interface and quickly replying customer service. However, the translations we received were a) probably machine translated, and b) not proofread by a native speaker. Instead of the quality content we asked for, we received poorly translated texts. When we criticised this, we were asked to send them an analysis of all the mistakes made - as if they don't have someone to do this in-house. After spending several hours on marking all mistakes, we were told our standards were too high and that they couldn't help us by e.g. offering a 2nd round of proofreading. Again, the mistakes we're talking about were NOT because of bad proofreading, but because the translator obviously didn't have the language level required to work as a professional translator. Really bad service, would not recommend working with them.

I required a English to Mandarin translation by 5pm to send to China overnight. The translation was delivered 30 mins late and contained errors. I was forced to pay an out of hours company to correct theses errors so that my deadline could be met. Easy Translate refused to compensate me for the cost of the correction. To add insult to injury my debit card was then debited with double the agreed fee.

Working with Easytranslate is very good. Staff is always very responsive and always ready to help. The system is great to upload and download files.
