Good process overview!
We have worked with EasyTranslate for some years now. Their website, which I perceive as their 'product', is super user friendly. It makes it easy to manage your open items, e.g. track the progress.
Would highly recommend EasyTranslate for companies having translation tasks at an ongoing basis.

Complete waste of time!
Having asked for a translation from English to Portuguese I received the translation which I then sent to our Portuguese office. I was informed that it was written in Brazilian not Portuguese. I queried the invoice expecting some form of discount as I had had to have the whole thing rewritten and was completely blanked. I was told it was Portuguese even though I sent emails from our portuguese office proving that the wording was wrong. The then added interest every month while we disputed. I will never use these again and would warn anyone against using such a useless service.
