Eco Chic 

I have purchased Eco chic shopping bags from a gift
shop and have various designs and have been pleased
with the quality, however I did NOT check the reviews
of Eco Chic online and purchased another bag directly
from them the quality was not as good and I did
complain directly.
emails have not been forthcoming which is a lack of
customer service, I would definitely not purchase
from them again!

Bought a bottle for my wife. As a gift. A totally different product arrived. When i got in touch they said the one i ordered was out if stock so they substituted. But not helpful when the substituted item is nowhere close to the item ordered.

Initially insisted i pay for postage to return the item. Only when pushed did they provide a return label and then post office wouldn't accept it. Now trying to get a new label but company refusing saying the label they sent is good.

Several weeks later, no resolution.

Shame as the products are really lovely. Just absolutely awful customer service.

I purchased 2x school bags for my daughters starting back to school. Unfortunately 1 bag was the mini so had to be returned. On contacting them via email I received a prompt response advising me to return the bag and they wound replace. Weeks later and after several emails with no reply I am now out of pocket the price of a bag and the price of the postage to return. Horrible service and very disappointed not to mention it’s theft.

I ordered my shoes December 2020, its March 2021 and I still haven't received my shoes. Has a fake tracking number

I thought this was an American 🇺🇸 company run by two ladies. That’s what the website looked like. Then I placed my order through PayPal and realized the company is based out of China and all the pictures are fake of the supposed two lady owners. I’m very disappointed I spent my money on this. I haven’t received the product yet tho so we will see, hopefully the shoes are great 👍

February 25th and I still have not received any shoes ☹️

They sent me the wrong size. I advised them of this and they advised me to return them, but I had to pay the shipping. Don’t bother ordering from this site.

Their shoes are trash and they send you the wrong ones! Shipping took forever they sent them from China to LA then to Phoenix where I live then sent them to MN. And back to Phoenix. Smh and they are the wrong color and missing pieces..

I ordered the shoes as a Christmas gift on December 10th. They arrived January 9th. These are the cheapest thinnest and pitiful looking shoes! I guess when you only pay $18.00 you get cheap crap. Never again. No more made in China crap!

Would give -☆.I ordered a pair of slippers over 30 days ago. They took my $$$ right away. Customer service sent me the tracking link 2 weeks in and showed some progress. 2 more weeks and no more progress. I was told they would check with "Logistics " and tell me first time anything new.
I know I have been ripped off. Buy USA

Ordered 2 items in Nov, was suppose to be here in 2 wks. Havent received anything. You go on facebook they just joined and thier information hasnt been verified. Tried to log into my account on thier website. Ot keeps saying account not found. They gave me a tracking number and all it says is preparing shipment.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and now there giving me the run around and bogus shipping information I will not spending my money with the ever again

I ordered two pair of shoes through this company guaranteed to have them before Christmas..... five weeks in advance !!!! I haven’t received nothing but my money was gladly taken for the purchase!!!!! Companies shouldn’t be able to go around taking money without delivering merchandise!!!! I didn’t receive a tracking number until 3 weeks after placing the order but when I went to track .... ORDER NOT FOUND!!!! Never again!!!!!!

I bough a lunch bag (cool bag) in December and the zipper has already broken making it useless. Very pretty but the quality is poor. I won't be buying their products again. And just to add that the bag is not even extensively used.
