Eco Chic 

I was looking for embroidered Otomi tableware and stumbled across a gorgeous table runner online. It was well priced compared to the other options on eBay, Etsy etc. and it arrived promptly about 10 days after ordering. I received updated via email every step of the way so never worried about my order. The runner looked exactly like it did on the website and I absolutely love it, it's very well made and lightens up my dining room. Great experience!

The whole transaction was quick and easy, quick delivery and goods were as expected. Will be ordering again.

Recently, we bought a round braided jute rug on line from Eco Chic. It was a completely enjoyable experience. Eco Chic's website was attractive, easy to negotiate, and we're quite happy with the quality of the rug.

Very happy with my product and considering that the stock wasn't available when I placed my order, I didn't have to wait that long. Communication was also very good, informing me when product was on its way. Very good service all round.

Stumbled across the Ecochic website and loved the unique wall prints. The team quickly responded to a few questions I had and the delivery arrived promptly. Will definitely shop again.

The order took a bit longer than I expected, so it would have been good to be able to track it.

I ordered 2 throws, were supposed to arrive within 2 or 3 working days.
After one week, still no throws: I call Eco Chic. I was told they would check with their supplier and I should get the goods within 2 or 3 working days. One more week passed and still no throws. I call again Eco Chic and said to me that they didn't understand what happened. I received a email soon after telling me the original 2 throws could not be traced and 2 new throws would be sent to me by Expressed post. The following day by midday I received the goods. I would still order through Eco Chic as they have been prompt to fix the problem when aware of it.

I purchased a rug on line but accdently pressed the wrong icon and got sent a colour combination I reaaly did not want ! So I rang back to ask if a could exchange and I sent the one delivered back........but no one contacted me back ......despite me ringing several times and leaving messages!!! Really disappointed with the service!!!!! Will not purchase anything again!! And I was a returning customer who was happy with other purchases! Mara

I have shopped online at Echo Chic quite frequently and the service has always been 5 star. Chelsea Bucknall at Tweed Heads has been fantastic at emails to keep me up to date on my orders. Very satisfied .

Learnt plenty from the event but not what I thought it was going to be. Totally my fault, I thought it was more for people looking to get into interior design / more professional tips rather than people just working on their own home / reno project.
