Beautiful set of vases arrived safe in one piece within days. Very happy!

I live in Canada and bought a gift from eco chic for a friend in Australia. In no time my friend was thanking me for the gorgeous gift! I'm completely satisfied with the service and quality and would highly recommend eco chic.

Not all the items I ordered were in stock, but within a couple of hours I was contacted to offer alternatives, the dispatch of in-stock items now with others to follow or the holding of the order while stock was obtained. The items arrived sooner than expected and are superb. The quality and service were everything you hope for in an online shopping experience.

While I think their stock could be expanded, I found the staff to be surprisingly happy and very helpful. I asked about a lamp I ordered being delivered in two shipments and instantly heard back with details and explanations. That kind of service is unusual these days. But then! A few days after my purchase I had a staff member email me to ask how I was enjoying my purchase. I mean, who does that? Completely unnecessary but it showed to me that there is a fine calibre of person working there. I'd recommend this one to anyone and have already done so.

Really good, personalised service; stayed in contact throughout the purchase and delivery process. Beautiful product, made-to-order. Highly recommended.

Ordered samples and paid $1 for and When the arrived they were so small and the wallpaper sample with pattern which did not even show us the full pattern which is hard when doing a 3 mtr wall with a paint size sample that's how small the samples are so beware of this when paying as something this size should be free

I have recently purchased items from EcoChic and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They always responded quickly to any questions I had and I have already recommended them to friends. A great business to deal with.

I asked for advice about the product I wanted to pruchase. Their reply was prompt and informative. Follow up and ordering procedure was seemless - efficient and friendly. I'd not hesitate to recomend or buy again from EcoChic.

If only all businesses could be as easy to deal with, professional and of such high quality. We ordered one of the lovely outdoor rugs and it arrived within a week (it's gorgeous). We communicated with the office and had prompt responses. Terrific business - well done.

I had a completely revolting retail experience with EcoChic from go to woah and have since removed myself from their email list and WILL NOT be shopping with them again.

I called 4 times over a 3 week period to try and get information about a product. I never received return calls and no-one was ever interested in taking my enquiry, or aparently, my business ( $ )!

Finally, I received an email to clarify my postage query, so commenced with my online purchase and unknowingly into a 2 week battle of pathetic customer service!

The item I purchased was FALSELY advertised. Their website advertising gave me the impression I was purchasing a SET of FOO DOGS as the item was listed as a plural ( "S" ) and they are ALWAYS sold in a pair.

When only 1 turned up in the mail ( the item was ceramic mind you ...wrapped only in a tatty piece of bubble wrap and then in a soft satchel bag - no box or protective foam! ) I called them to ask where the other one was, only to be told I had only purchased 1..... but they couldnt have sold me 2 anyway because they only HAD 1. !!!!!!!

The employee I spoke to was extremelly rude, and when I demanded a refund they played a week long game with me and my money by saying they had emailed me the return postage label when they hadnt, and then accusing me of lying about it!

In the end, just to expedite my refund and so I didnt have to put up with their rudeness, I SPENT MY MONEY to supply an express post satchel to return the item to them AS THE LABELS NEVER TURNED UP!

This retail fiasco ended up costing ME money. $10.00 out of pocket for postage, and without the set of foo dogs I had dearly wanted, and that their website claimed to offer.

I am so dissapointed in my experience and by the way I was treated I will NEVER AGAIN shop with ECO CHIC!

The team @ eco-chic are brilliant! They quickly responded to all my questions, were friendly, helpful & customer orientated. They arranged a courier for interstate delivery (and generously offered to share the cost), and shipped the item really quickly. I love their product range and would happily recommend to other shoppers.. especially those in WA/ interstate... delivery of a leather armchair was made so easy! (and that's quite rare). Love it!

Absolutely love the products available, however the shipping charges to Tasmania are much higher than other online shops I order from.

I have not and will not get my shelves until after Christmas so cannot rate you but was a little disappointed that I had to wait so long.

My queries were quickly answered, explanations were given if there was to be a delay or to notify of shipments and extra research was conducted to find me items I was seeking AND it was OK to change my mind.
Delivery was immediate - most things arrived within days but no longer than a week.
fantastic - I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic environmentally friendly rug. I needed a rug that could be used in a heavy traffic space in our home. It not only looks good but cleans very easily. Quick.postage too.
