Me and my partner went in for an electric wheelchair, as soon as we entered we were greeted by Sophia, she helped us pick out a suitable chair and let me test drive it. She also guided us through the process of paying monthly and was polite and friendly throughout.

I just want to say how fabulous Larna was, she was very patient and took her time to explain to me all the technicalities of the scooters I was interested in. Ladies in the Derby shop were so friendly and very helpful. They were efficient too. Ironically, It was a very enjoyable experience 😊
