We bought our caravan from Edward James Caravans and had a really great experience. Craig was brilliant — friendly, easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. Communication was great throughout, and the caravan was perfect.

It came with the 2025 service and habitation check, including a full damp report and certification, which gave us real peace of mind. We also met Edward, which made it feel even more personal as a proper family-run business.

Six months down the line we’re still so happy — in fact, we’re already thinking about part exchanging for a bigger one! Highly recommend.

We recently bought our buccaneer clipper from Edward James Caravan. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome, but a special shout-out has to go to Craig. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took his time to understand what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. When we collected the caravan everything was explained clearly, Edward and Craig guided us through the features of the Buccaneer Clipper. We have had a few questions since bringing the caravan home and Craig has always taken our calls and helped us. We felt confident in our decision throughout and will always recommend them.

Being complete newbies , guys at Edward James were absolutely fantastic! Took time to answer our questions even they were daft ones 🤣

The caravan was purchased and delivered the next day. There were a few minor issues with it upon delivery but Edward was very quick to respond and ensure those issues were rectified. He always replies immediately at any time on any day. The service has been amazing and would definitely buy from him again.

Just bought a beautiful caravan from these guys. Edward, Paul & Andy are a brilliant team & we were made most welcome by them all. It was Craig’s 1st day,Hope he’s settling in now. A great family business to buy our caravan from. The staff are very friendly, prices are very competitive and the service we received was excellent.
The caravans we looked at were all in very good condition. Our caravan had damp and habitation checks done before we had it delivered. This put our minds at rest, knowing that our purchase would last a long time.

Bought my 6 berth van from Edward a couple of months ago and I have to say I am delighted with it! Everything thing was as described and in great condition.
I put a lot of trust in Edwards description and videos that he sent as I travelled over from Belfast to collect the van which was a very long journey there and back. But was totally worth the journey

Edward and his team were so helpful. Caravans to suit all budgets and we purchased an immaculate 2 berth end bathroom model. With habitation checks done. We had been looking at other vans from other companies but no comparison, for quality price and excellent friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble ! We highly recommend Edward James and will return when looking to upgrade in future. Or if we need servicing or any repairs. A real pleasure to do business with this family company.

We had a fantastic experience with Edward James Caravans. From the moment we got in touch, they were incredibly helpful without being pushy – which we really appreciated. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others we looked at, and everything was exactly as described.

I bought a motorhome from Edward James caravans three weeks ago and although it had one or two issues,these were dealt with professionally and quickly. I can honestly say that I have bought many caravans and motorhomes over the last 50 years and this is the best I’ve dealt with so far! All calls were either answered immediately or returned quickly.
