Great service throughout
Ed was brilliant via phone and WhatsApp and Paul the sales guy really experienced in caravans talked us through everything and were very happy with our purchase
Purchased our caravan from these guys around a month ago and we’ve been away in it a few times since !
Overall no complaints highly reccomend

Not usually one for reviews but I must say dealing with this company was a delightful experience throughout the purchase of our caravan they’re customer care is second to none!
Ed & Paul made us feel very welcomed & was a great aid in helping us decide on our caravan!

Edward made sure I got the caravan I was looking for. I had a few must have things. He found me a caravan that ticked all those boxes. I go a full starter kit too. The caravan was checked out while I was there so I knew everything worked on it. I was really impressed with how hard all the staff worked to get me my caravan on time

We bought a caravan from this company over 6 months ago and we would like to just say it was a pleasant experience throughout, Service was really good couldn’t be more helpful and haven’t had any issues at all, everything was as promised.

I would like to just say maybe this company doesn’t know about the few poor reviews on here or even the good ones? I noticed it’s an unclaimed page have only just come across it but definitely 5 stars from myself!

after having great communication on the telephone and WhatsApp, we visited the site where they had a large range of caravans where we was left free to roam to view them all. We had a great help from one of their sales representatives called Paul who helped us come to a final decision that suited us best.

They also offer us a lot more money on a part exchange than we had been offered by larger non family run businesses.

We’ve recently bought a caravan from Edward James caravans and are very pleased with it. I can’t comment on anyone else’s experience, but ours came with the starter pack as agreed, ie aquaroll, grey wastemaster and step. Clean and tidy, and already been on our first trip away. We visited the site and found there was a good range of caravans to choose from, the staff were helpful and very knowledgeable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I WILL BE CONTACTING BBC WATCH DOG AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Nice caravan, terrible service.
Completely disorganised, and as others said none of the promised items: cables, step, water pump, and no awning which was offered originally.
The broken fridge had not been repaired although this was agreed as part of the price.
Worse was the van was full of rubbish and dirty including a full used toilet! Disgusting.

Despite agreeing a deal on a used caravan, I have just been informed that the caravan I agreed to purchase has been sold to another party, even though all parties were aware it was sold and removed from website? Very unprofessional, didn’t seem that bothered and surprised they can still be in business if this is how they treat customers! Absolutely shocking, holiday ruined for our family.

We bought a caravan from this company and its fine, but none of what we were promised to come with it (gas bottle, electrical cable, table legs, etc) actually did, including the full sized awning that prompted us to buy it in the first place. It was absolute chaos, because the young "salesman" we dealt with was absolutely hopeless, and monumentally rude with it. We insisted on compensation after we had to find our own awning (because they "couldn't find one" among the dozen or more caravans they were selling!?), AND spend a total of seven hours driving back to the company in the middle of a bank holiday weekend to collect the rest of what we should have been given, and then drive home. We got everything sorted out in the end, but it took an entire day and a 400 mile round trip and we're still out of pocket. The whole transaction was freakishly awful and stressful in the extreme. We have a friend who's looking for two caravans, one for her own family and one for her brother's, and we initially told them this company was fine to deal with, but I have now told them otherwise because I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, let alone a good friend. It's left us very upset, and rather than what should have been the joy and excitement of receiving our caravan, we just ended up feeling relieved that we could stay in it, so it hasn't been the experience it should have been. They were a nightmare, and their representative was rude, arrogant and ignorant. I would not deal with them again.
