I haven't sent a fax for a number of years, and when I did late yesterday, a message was returned that it was unsuccessful. This morning I called customer service for assistance the young lady that helped me was patient, friendly, professional I could go on forever. She helped me resolve my problem within a couple of minutes. During the process I didn't feel rushed or as if I was inconveniencing her. Kudos to her.

Set up was not hard but the service was not useful to me and I was unable to send the fax I needed too. I only needed to use it one time so my money and time were wasted. I would not recommend this service.

I have had efax for many years. It always performs admirably. Today I had trouble sending out a fax with attachments so I called customer support. The female tech was personable, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Although she answered the call immediately, she stayed with me until the fax was sent. Case 62742377
