Before switching to this company for our faxing services, we had many conversations and was misled about the cost. We received a bill for much more than was quoted and when trying to correct this error with customer service, we got nowhere. We ultimately canceled our contract and went back to our previous faxing service. Even though we asked all the correct questions this was a horrible experience.

I used eFax for many years and the service was always very good. When I retired and wished to close my account the process was straight forward and the instructions I received by email were timely, clear and respectful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and it's fax service.

My overall experience with eFax was just okay. I was charged for fax attempts that did not go through initially, and it took a while to get things to work properly in the backend. But where my experience took a huge leap forward was in the customer service. I spoke with a woman named Carla who assisted me through all of my technical issues and even assisted me with getting refunded for the charges incurred from our “test” attempts and troubleshooting. The customer service from Carla over these two days were excellent, and if she is a representation of the their overall customer service team, I can’t not recommend them. Service ended up working properly in the end, so I am a happy customer.

I have been having such a frustrating time with receiving emails. Megha was so patient. Stayed with the problem until it was resolved. Even went above and beyond to get it resolved. Did not assume it was just me not being able to find the email. She fixed the problem!!!

I have been using eFax for over a year now. I am a clinician in private practice and don't send many faxes but the ones I do send need to be done so in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Eveldina was able to help me find a less-expensive plan that meets the privacy needs of my business and is also very affordable.
eFax has also been a very user-friendly system which is so helpful.

I have been an eFax customer for more than 20 years and today was the first time I have had to involve customer service regarding a billing issue. Frankly, I have free services included with other vendors that would do the same thing and basically remained a customer because of inertia. However, after the incredible customer service I received from Moe, eFax will probably have me around for another few years. Over the course of almost an hour, He was able to understand my issue, identify the problem, investigate, and resolve the issue all while keeping me informed and explaining what was going on. This is the way customer service should operate.

I needed a fax service for a very short period. Easy to sign up, and did what I needed to do. efax fitted my needs perfectly. Once done, Elizabeth V was great in helping me cancel my service as it's no longer required.
I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Would absolutely use them again if the need arises!

It was great when I needed to fax, but I retired and stuff. Anyways, glad to see that e-fax has outstanding people like Elizabeth!
