I recommend if you are new to going gym, it’s very welcoming
I just recently joined so I am still getting quite used to it. However, I find the staff very lovely and helpful. They gave me a free induction which was very useful. I was even able to try out a class which was also very nice. The gym itself is quite small but all the machines that you will need is there available for you to use and honestly, I really like it and it’s also very cheap compared to other gyms.

I've been a member for three years
I've been a member for three years, which is the longest I've been a member at any gym. The staff are fantastic and the gym feels a real community space. Everyone is welcoming and I get so much from the classes. A big shout out to Pele, Wayne, Sky and John who always give me the best gym experience and work so hard to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated.

Great Gym
Great Gym, left for a little while but found myself missing the atmosphere & people, classes are great, doing PT’S with Pelè enjoying it so much even though he works me & Jan hard!! He is an amazing trainer would HIGHLY recommend him, if your looking to progress in your fitness journey he is the man, he is very knowledgeable, kind & helpful but he will push you to do better sometimes I need that, thank you Pelè x

Misled by Staff, Then Blamed for Their Lack of Clarity
I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at énergie Fitness Erith.
In April, I went into the gym and asked a staff member for advice because I was considering leaving the city. I was told I could freeze my membership and decide later whether to cancel — but at no point was I told that I’d still be charged for a full extra month due to a 30-day cancellation notice period.
Yes, I’m aware that this clause is written somewhere in the terms and conditions. But when you go to a staff member in person, asking for help and clarity, you expect that key information like that would be shared directly and clearly. Instead, when I brought up the issue, I was met with denial that any mistake had been made, and every time I pushed back, they fell back on repeating: “It’s in the T&Cs.”
So I’m left to pay for a charge I wasn’t properly informed about — based not on good service or transparency, but on technicalities and deflection. That’s not customer care. That’s not integrity. That’s a complete lack of responsibility and basic decency.
If you’re thinking of joining, just know that when something goes wrong, this gym won’t own their role in it — they’ll hide behind policy and leave you out of pocket.

Friendly gym
Been at this gym for 4 months and I’m so glad I joined. The staff are all very easy and welcoming to me and I’m very grateful for it. Especially big shout out to Harry. Would recommend for anyone looking for a gym to join who’s a bit worried about what to do.
