I have recently joined energie fitness after not being in a gym for about 15 years..... All the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about gym, equipment and nutrition. I would highly recommend these guys they are both friendly and professional.

Good local gym!
Most of the staff are extremely helpful and have been patient with me as this is my first time back in the gym in over 15 years.
It is a nice atmosphere and does not feel intimidating.
Loads of equipment! I just wish there was more space and the changing rooms need redecorating.
