I have thus far that the staff are extremely friendly and more than happy to help but I have found that some of the equipment is a little out dated and the changing rooms are far too small.

More than happy with the service so far, staff and customers are friendly. Always managed to use the equipment that i want to use.

I am still very much a 'newbie' having…
I am still very much a 'newbie' having only been a member 2 or so weeks. Yet I am very much enjoying being at the gym, great equipment, very clean and all that I require for my fitness program.
Special mention to the manager Samantha who has been really friendly and accommodating from the get go, she really is quite lovely! Also personal trainer Mark Burrows is a top bloke; I know him from being at a previous gym many years ago. He always has the time to say hello, enquire how I'm getting on and offer any advice which may prove helpful.
I think a very fair monthly membership price, nearly always good up beat music playing and I would say most other members seem friendly and dedicated to their fitness regime's.
Safe to say I am gonna remain a member for a good long while and when I reach the physical level I am chasing, well, I will look back and be truly quite grateful to energie fitness for helping me achieve that without maybe quite realising.

Unprompted review
Small but well equipped.
This is a small but well equipped fitness centre with a better than reasonably priced monthly charge. When joining I was given the barest information about the equipment when it would have been nice to have been given a conducted tour of the facility, this may not have been possible due to a possible lack of staff. If I have one complaint about my first fitness visit there was that I was left to my own devices to find my way around the available equipment and their uses. Fortunately I was once a member, several years before, of another fitness centre in Ipswich so was reasonably eu fait with the equipment I decided to use but, for a first time attendee, even being asked if I would like to be guided would have been nice if for no other reason other than safety.

The gym is well organised
The gym is well organised. Lots of antibac and cleaning tissue to wipe down all equipment after use. Staff friendly and willing to help and give advise.

I did not find guidence during my…
I did not find guidence during my training in Gym .The timing is not good because they did not respect time for fasting in Ramadan it should be respected .There is no swimming pool or sauna

I am sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory experience whilst being a member at one of our clubs. When joining any of our gyms you should have gone through a Kickstart induction session which is offered to every member when joining to offer guidance to new members. With regards to a swimming and sauna services, our gyms operate on a smaller, boutique size so many of our gyms do not have these services (some do).
