I have thus far that the staff are extremely friendly and more than happy to help but I have found that some of the equipment is a little out dated and the changing rooms are far too small.

Super friendly and well organised at a reasonable price
The staff members are super friendly and always welcoming. I think the gym facilities are well organised, but I wish there was more space to stretch and do lunges etc.
Overall, a great gym at a reasonable price.

If it wasn't for the Covid situation…
I go to the Ipswich gym, but I assume the others are equally good. If it wasn't for the Covid situation I'd have given them 10. But really that isn't their fault and they do a good job of minimizing risk as much as possible.A remarkable amount of new and very varied machines, huge floor space, it really is something, and very reasonably priced too. Brilliant!

I am new at the gym so do not know much…
I am new at the gym so do not know much about what machines do what areas they target.
It would have been nice if someone demonstrated the machines and what you can use them for.
Other than that fantastic staff are all friendly and the cleanliness is 5 star

Needed a new gym close to home with a good variety of free weights and machines
Since working from home I needed a new gym close by and Energie fitness ticked all my boxes. Good range of free weights and machines, plus if cardio is your thing there is plenty to choose from. The booking system works very well and the staff are always polite and friendly. I would recommend.

Strange closure times.
I obviously understand in these days, that cleanliness is important, but is closing for an hour over lunchtime - a period I'd imagine is normally a busy time, a good idea? Could you not provide periodic cleaning throughout the day, rather than closing for an hour during a period where many of us get time off work, to go to the gym?
