Excellent gym
Excellent gym, has all the equipment necessary for your workouts, gym is consistently clean, staff are super helpful and polite with anything you need. The equipment quality are all new and functional with no broken equipment or machines it makes your workout a lot more productive. The variety in machines and weights allows you to work all body muscles and the cardio options are excellent as all cardio machines are available from cycling to treadmill to even boxing bags. I'd definitely recommend!

I have been there twice a week since I moved nearby seven months ago, and based on my experience, it is a great place to work out. The staff is lovely, always helpful and smiling. People showing up are friendly, perfect atmosphere.
But their music last Friday encouraged me to write this review. It was FANTASTIC!!!

So many gyms to choose from, I choose Energie Fitness
I live near four or five different gyms, and tried most. I decided on Energie Fitness because it’s unpretentious, and it has the equipment I need. Honestly, though, if it weren’t for the staff, I’d not be quite as motivated to go in. They’re incredibly helpful and friendly and encouraging. From the moment I enquired about membership to this day of working out, they do make the place. People is where it’s at.

great gym- BUT
great gym- friendly staff and good amount for equipment at a great price but the epic tier membership is absolutely NOT worth it. there seems to be only one trainer doing the monthly PT sessions included in the deal. i'm one month and a half in and haven't managed to get a single session booked yet.

Decent Gym
This gym is decent. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Location is ideal for me. Each star for each of the aforementioned. One star deducted for lacking some equipment that I would like to see there.

Hello,
After more than 2 years of membership I have to write a review.
The staff is unfriendly, that's a fact. I wouldn't really mind that as I just come here to workout but they are so unfriendly to the point they would get upset if you forget your keys, not only to me but some of my friends too.
If you forget a hoodie or something over night? Forget about it, it just disappear. This has not only happened to me but other friends that used to come to the same gym.
The gym itself is great, doesn't get too busy, machines are new but not annoying futuristics and you have all you need and even more.
