Contacted EPC Experts as we required a EPC for our commercial property. They dealt with our enquiry professionally and arrived as scheduled to complete the inspection. I contacted Adam after an EPC contractor I had booked through a booking service cancelled 5 minutes before they were due to arrive! I phoned Adam and explained the situation and that I had just driven 80miles to give access to the property. Adam then managed to organise a surveyor to come a few hours later. I know that can’t be the result every time, but I was so grateful to Adam and Kurt the surveyor for putting themselves out in order to help me!
