Mr. Terpay and the team at Equityprime did an amazing job from preapproval all the way to closing. To get pre-approved for my 203k loan, they first had to help me increase my credit score, which they helped me increase my score by 100 points within 3 months. Afterwards they were a great team to have going into the table and were very organized, intelligent, and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. I highly recommend them!

Equity Prime was able to handle all my needs as I searched for my home. Getting pre-qualifications together, and quickly put together closing documents when a sellers problem occurred. Easily would suggest them to a new client or friend to use!

Stephen and his team were extremely supportive throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable approaching them with any questions or concerns. I already recommend them to everyone.

It took more than 2 months for my purchase. I jumped through every hoop possible. I was pre-qualified for a USDA loan and had a property that met the qualifications. However closer to closing I was told that my underwriter said that I would not qualify and they changed to FHA. Then more games began and I got closing estimates that in no way were even close to each other nor the actual closing amount. At the very last minute after multiple delays and costing me a lot of money the underwriter kept coming up with crazy request like why my name changed ( was on credit report since beginning and I had been married) She wanted a divorce decree from 20 years prior when I was 19 yrs old and there was no child involved. Attempted closing 2 days in a row and lost money on a mover had to drive 1 hour to closing and was not even told it was not approved. The underwriter nor anyone else could explain any of the issues and what I was supposed to do about lost cost due to their mistakes. I am a single mom on disability and yet didn't qualify for USDA and had so many issues as well I am still having issues and it has been over a month since I closed. There were forgotten papers and such. I went to closing after wiring every penny I had because there was no closing amount. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! Still wont give me ansers

I have utilized Equity Prime three times to refinance my primary residence. Not only has Steve Carpitella and his staff saved me thousands of dollars, his sound financial advice has allowed me to utilize my assets to make other real estate investments that I never thought were possible. I have recommended Equity Prime to my family and friends who also have nothing but great things to say about Equity Prime, from first time home buyers to refinancing. The staff is so thorough, make the process so easy and they are prompt. I have not found the level of customer service anywhere that I get with Equity Prime.

Poor communication for rate lock. Their Professional negligence is costing me 36 Thousands dollars.
Should've took their online reviews more seriously. Lesson learned, one more unhappy customer.

We had to provide the same documents over and over again. The amount of paperwork was daunting. The closing was reschedule twice and our home warranty was not included as promised and we had to pay for it out of pocket.
