Discusting service I’ve ordered a tracksuit on 14-12-24 still no tracksuit & still trying to get my money back they keep sending me the same form to sign which I’ve did this over & over. I ordered some Timberland boots , the courier left them in the garden on full view of everyone and they went missing by the time I got home . I got in touch with this company who just said it’s nothing to do with them and refused to do anything about it and just stopped answering my emails . Absolutely disgusting service
I have just received an email from this company telling me it’s my problem and I need to speak with the courier and suggested I ring the police!!!!!! They have received a photo of the parcel in the garden from Royal Mail .i never once asked for my parcel valued at nearly £100 to be dumped in a front garden where people walk past .i will update this review when I receive any more correspondence

Great company, I hadn’t heard of the company before and was a bit sceptical when I ordered some trainers at half of the price I’d seen them for elsewhere, I paid via PayPal in case of any issues.

Great customer service with quick answers!
I read some bad reviews that made me sceptical about esdemarca. But my experience was good. I purchased a pair of shoes that were delivered very quickly to Germany. Sadly, the size didn't fit so I had to return them. The customer service was always very quick in their responses and transparent. Only reason why I don't give five stars is that it took about 3 weeks for the return to arrive, be processed and refunded. Other than that everything was great.
