So terrible after sales service.
28th May Esdemarca did respond to this negative review.
They suggested I return the shoes for a refund, which I have done. They do not exchange good for orders outside Spain.
Hopefully I will get a refund

Absolutely delighted with the two pairs of leather sandals purchased on 2 April.
Delivery was much quicker than expected. I’d been given an estimated delivery date of 22 April but my parcel arrived with me in the UK on the 12th.
The Brighton Pink sandals are extremely comfortable, as are the Malaga Orange sandals. And they look the business too! A very happy customer. Thank you. 😊
Its different. The delivery takes longer and no market standard delivery messaging, but you get good offers!

I have had an ongoing issue with this company since beginning of March when I returned a pair of trainers (never worn). After 2 weeks, due to incorrect labelling and numerous emails I had to track the trainers down myself and forwarded them back with correct labelling to the Netherlands. I had post office tracking and they arrived last week. They've finally got back to me saying it's going to be 15-20 days for return of monies to my account. After all the hassle trying to initially get trainers back from courier company they're now saying they have to wait for the trainers to be checked! Never again

Bought 2 pairs of boots, liked one pair but wanted to return the other as they were so uncomfortable I wasn't able to wear them - the ankle support was an awkward shape and would dig into my ankles. They refused a return because "I'd worn them'.

This is regarding order number 7239550 The trainers are far too small for a Size 37 and I need to send them back. I would also like a refund as I do not trust the Size 37 in these trainers and do not think any of the other sizes would fit me.

I purchased a black down jacket (brand: Guess) from Esdemarca on January 25th. Upon receiving the item, I returned it due to defects: scratches and dents on the belt buckle. The return was delivered on February 13th, and I have provided the shipment tracking link and delivery confirmation as proof.
However, I have not received a refund yet. When I inquire about the status, I am told that the shipment company has not delivered the package and that I will be contacted "soon." Could you please clarify what "soon" means in this context? It seems that "soon" translates to "next century" in your case.
You mentioned that the delay is due to the shipment company, not me. I followed all the return procedures correctly, and I am entitled to get the full refund without further delay.
I have sent several messages, but I have not received any responses. This lack of communication is highly offensive, frustrating and unprofessional. After reviewing other customer feedback, it seems that your business practices are questionable.
I request an immediate update and resolution to this matter.

I really appreciate buying my clothes on Esdemarca. The deliveries are always fast and the products are great. Moreover, they have (by far) the best prices and a lot of promotions. It makes me addicted to shopping ^^
Nice item (white jumper) but in the time it took to receive it a lamb could have been born and grown up and its wool gathered to make the jumper.
