Stop sending me so many emails! I hate that I already opted out of all of these emails and just because I renewed my subscription, all of the emails come flooding back in! Leave me alone!

ESET used to be good software that was…
ESET used to be good software that was unobtrusive. Now it gets in your face all the time. It constantly bogs down and slows down your browsing. It is obnoxious and I wish I had never bought it. Basically have to disable absolutely everything in order to do the simplest of tasks. And I have a brand new $2,000 gaming computer.. and this software makes it unusable.

This anti-virus acts like a pop-up virus.
I renewed my subscription to this service. I accidentally used a different email address. Now it just keeps acting like a virus and giving me a pop-up that interrupts everything I try to do on my laptop. I hate it and I would never recommend this program to anyone.

I have had 5 star experience up to now, but needed assistance and could not reach you by phone - only by e-mail. Had to seek help else where when I switched to a new computer. Could not find a phone number.

Had been a long time user of Kaspersky...
Had been a long time user of Kaspersky. When the Ukrainian war started, I was not sure how Kaspersky was going to keep its neutrality given its origins. I shopped around. With all the social media white noise, the choice was not obvious. I have used Norton in the past and found that it caused the my computer to be sluggish. I was also weary of McAfee given how they bury themselves in checkboxes I did not select in other installations. Eset was recommended to me by a trusted colleague. I have now been using it for the past 3+ years and have been pleased with my decision. It does what it suppose to do without bloating my system or being gimmicky in its offerings. The interface is straightforward. The emails reminding me of the great features is appreciated. And of course, its high benchmark rates brings peace of mind.

I can't figure out how to use my zoom…
I can't figure out how to use my zoom on my desktop. I can use it without any trouble on my ipad, but when I try to get into it on my desk top it requires an admin and password and I can't figure it out.

It sounds like your desktop computer is asking for an administrator username and password in order to install or update Zoom.
This is usually required by Windows security settings.
Since you can already use Zoom on your iPad, the issue is most likely related only to permissions on your computer.
If this is your personal computer, you may need to log in with the administrator account. Otherwise, contact the person who originally set up the computer.
