Excellent company to deal with. Everything self-explanatory and they even offered to change our test from PCR to a lateral flow test due to the government's change in tests for travel.

The 2-day Antigen test arrived by post.
Then, when I took the test (after being back in the UK for 2days) and sent the details back to Eurofins, their confirmation came back very quickly.

My mum is travelling tomorrow afternoon so booked a test in one of eurofin's site yesterday. The result came back but to my surprise, with the date of birth showing May 2022 (Which means that my mum is not yet born) instead of 1960. I have been trying to call 3 times and the line cut (on their side). When successful on the third one, the guy was quick to accuse us to have provided a wrong date as it can only be the reason for him. My mum was asked to confirm date of birth on arrival so clearly the problem does not come from us.
He redirected me to this email address: covid19administration @ eurofin.co.uk which keeps bouncing back.

Very unhappy with the service, from arrival to the test centre being received by a rather unpleasant lady to the provision of the result and the guy over the phone. If I could rate 0 I would.

We are now in the dilemma of risking travelling with this one or having to do another one (extra cost) without assurance that she will get the result on time.

I will say run away from this company as the minute you pay them, should you have a problem, you are on your own.

Test kits arrived quickly. Simple to use and results came back really quickly too. Overall very happy with service and price.

I bought a Eurofins fit to fly with TrustOne but couldn't login or register the kit and I've not had any of my query emails acknowledged or answered. Now I'm stuck with 3 days before travel with no fit2fly test. It's hopeless. Also the Eurofins website FAQ dropdown doesn't work, or password reset at TrustOne. It's a total shambles.

It was quick and easy but the results arrived late, it that could be improved

First time using them and the experience was good. I have booked two 'fit to fly pcr' tests through sampling site in Cardiff Asda car park for my parents on Sunday morning around 10:30 and the results arrived just before midnight on the same day. You need to register and login to trustone website or download the trustone app to see your results and download the 'fit to fly' certificate. Hopefully this will be the case again if I have to use them again the future.
Although I would say I was hesitant booking with them after reading some worrying reviews over here.

My test for departure test didn't arrive on the day of my departure (not fault of Eurofins, but the post service), they have been very helpful and arranged an on-site test service to me.

Support system and staff very helpful in what was a smooth operation. ( We used the Day 2 test at home system after a long haul holiday) The only issue was lack of clarity over part of the test kit registration process - the instructions referred to a bar code on the tube but there was no bar code. I tried the QR code on the cassette and only half of the code could be read - the customer service element was very helpful and solved it quickly but the technology issues are a frequent cause of time wasted and frustration across pretty well all suppliers - but the certificate came back very quickly. Overall not bad

£15 fee for cancellation that’s “generous “ is in it? £30 for two since you can’t make only one order for family members. How long they are going to feast on Covid?

I’ve used Eurofins twice for PCR testing. Once in a drive thru site and the other a self swab test sent to my home. On both occasions the process was simple, quick and easy - and the results were emailed to me less than 24 hours later. I find their prices reasonable but I’ll always use them going forward because they’re reliable.

Highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and patient, in the pouring rain, helping me through the problems I was having accessing the booking details on the App. The results came through promptly and as advised, and I will be using their services again.
My only suggestion would be the availability of a good wi-fi signal, which would be very helpful, otherwise a great service, at a great price.

I arrived at the Heathrow expecting a professional setting. It was a desolate parking, dark and scary.I was handed just a package to test myself and drop it in a dirty bin. My suspicion proved right when I received positive results. I immediately did two further lateral flow tests that proved negative. I followed with another PCR test from North London Labs that confirmed negative. Your fake results cost me £199 to change my flights, £450 fine for my car hire in Nairobi, £99 for another professional test. To say I hate you is an understatement!! You owe me that much and soon and very soon I believe we will meet in court. I will be sharing my experiences with the media.

The airline refused to issue boarding passes as they don't accept the drive-through PCR test certificate issued by the Eurofins and when I called them attendant was too rude and she don't want to listen, I asked for compensation and she hang-up the call. Very bad customer service and even they will not guide you to ensure you are taking test 48 or 72 hr before the flight.

I am pleased with my experience with Eurofins. My PCR test came with two days of order and my results came next afternoon of sending the test. I am truly grateful for the Royal Mail and Eurofins lab for getting my results to me quickly. I am all ready for my flight and super happy😁
