Declared brutally honest details for online valuation to sell my car. Said part service history which turned out to be full service history, declared mileage and average condition of exterior. Declared dinks in all 4 alloys, dinks in 3 and surface scratches. Valuation £4,300, offer £3,300. Complete waste of time.

No one calls you back my car needs mot on my mobility car have been let down 4 times keep calling no one knows what's going on and don't call you back also called them yesterday told they will find out what is going on i was on phone 10 minutes then cut off no call back. I am a mobility customer and I want be buying a ford again and will mention how I was treated to other mobility customers

Have been trying for 3 months to book for an airbag recall. Directed to online booking, have booked twice. Have telephoned service department at least 8 times - no response. Am going to report this to Stellantis.
