Very disappointing experience. My event (Festliches Saison-Abschlusskonzert) was cancelled, and the refund I will receive is €7.50 less than what I paid – with no explanation at all. There’s no transparency, and no one seems willing to clarify where the missing amount went. I emailed their customer service to ask for a breakdown, but only received a generic auto-reply that didn’t address my question.

To make matters worse, their FAQ page doesn’t even load (just shows a “bad request” error), so you can’t even find basic information.

The whole system works perfectly when they take your money, but once an event is cancelled, customer support is practically non-existent. This feels unprofessional and unfair. I expected much better. I now wonder if creating fake events and cancelling them with supposed fee reductions is their business model.

Page didn't had an option in another language. Otherwise everything was ok.

I bought tickets to a concert in Berlin. Due to a capacity reasons, concert was transfered to Uber arena. I got a new tickets (randomly generated, so I kindly asket to get equivavalen seats as I originally had). Aftet two weeks without any reply, I just got notification they canceled my tickets and sending me money back. Company agreed they made mistake, but there is no way back. I pruposed several solutions, no effort from Eventim side to sort out their mistake, just voucher for 5O EUR...but concert is already sold out, no way to get there! Tickets were a gift to my wife, flight tickets booked, accommodation booked. Thank you for nothing! If you can, selecet another ticket reseller.

Fairly easy to buy tickets for events. Never had a problem

It's a complete scam. Concert I wanted to attend got cancelled by the provider (Lola Young) and I had physical tickets. Wanted to get my money back, but have to enter all my data manually. Eventim claims the barcode isn't working, but if I try to contact them via email or calling, I receive no response or only bots answer and hang up after they are unable to help. Completely and utterly unacceptable, it's a ploy to keep the customers' money.

They do not allow you to prepay or change payment dates on your ticket if you set up a payment plan. They also do not refund you if you request to cancel your order. Customer service rep Janely is not only rude but, useless in her position.

I bought concert tickets a couple of months ago, which were delivered digitally as EVENTIM.Pass tickets. Unfortunately, I can no longer make it to the show, so I simply wanted to transfer my tickets to my cousin.

To my absolute shock, the Eventim app does not allow you to simply transfer your own tickets. Instead, they force you to "sell" them through their official fanSALE platform.

Here is where the extortion begins: because I am forced to use their system, Eventim takes a 10% "service fee" from me (the seller), AND they charge my cousin another 15% "service cost" on top of that!

Eventim is essentially double-dipping and pocketing an extra 25% of the original ticket price just so I can give my ticket to a family member. This practice is absurd, highly misleading, and feels like a complete scam to squeeze more money out of fans. Be warned before buying EVENTIM.Pass tickets!

Had a great time at this show, definitely a nice venue
A spot where you could refill your water cup instead of having to wait in line would be a great addition (water fountain, spicket etc)

first time using Eventim and it was great. I chose the "we choose the best available ticket for you" and that turned out really good. We got the tickets in the mail shortly after.

Worst customer service ever, when i send email all i get is automaticlly generated email and i cant call to them.

Horrific customer service. We had 4 tickets to a CHILDREN’S EVENT at white eagle hall that we were planning on going to… which was postponed due to a blizzard, and we can’t make the newly scheduled date. Contacted them as soon as we realized and they are keeping our money because we missed the deadline. So we are paying for an event we didn’t get to see, and cannot get to the makeup date. Seems really inconsiderate and a scammy way to operate an event.

Performance Quality: A significant portion of the set appeared to be lip-synced rather than performed live, which was not what was advertised or paid for.
Technical Issues: The sound quality throughout the venue was extremely poor, making it difficult to enjoy the performance.

I was always happy with Eventim service and fast response. I do hope that will continue in the future as well. Great Job Eventim, keep it rocking! 🤘

I bought some tickets and I couldn't be happier because I received them within 24 hours, plus the purchase process was very easy with enough time to choose seats and 12 minutes to proceed to payment.
So, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
