Replaced all windows in our property in three phases and were very pleased with the product quality, installation, and overall service. Their aftersales support was also excellent, and they honoured the guarantee when resolving some early installation issues.

However, around 6–7 years after installation, we began experiencing repeated failures of the sealed glass units, with several panes misting up each year — mainly on the south-facing side of the property. Although these were replaced free of charge under the 10-year guarantee, the frequency of the failures was concerning.

More recently, two further windows failed while still under guarantee, but this time we were asked to pay labour charges for the replacements. This had never been required for the multiple previous replacements, so it felt as though the warranty costs were now being recovered through high labour fees.

Now that the guarantee period has expired on all windows, the problem is unfortunately continuing, and replacement units come at significant cost each time. Given that sealed double-glazed units are generally expected to last 20+ years, it’s frustrating to experience ongoing failures relatively early in their lifespan.

We were previously told this may have been due to a “bad batch”, but that offers limited reassurance now that the financial responsibility sits with us.

Overall, the initial product quality and customer service were very good, but the long-term durability has been disappointing. I would advise potential customers to monitor their windows carefully while still under guarantee and to factor long-term reliability into their decision.

We recently had our Crittall-style windows with astragal bars fitted by Express Bi-fold Doors and I honestly could not be happier with the whole experience.
The installers, Tony and Dean, were exceptional from start to finish. They were respectful, polite, punctual, and incredibly hardworking. Their attention to detail during the installation was so impressive — the finish on the windows is absolutely stunning and you can really see the pride they take in their work.
Fitting Crittall-style windows with astragal bars is not an easy job, but the craftsmanship and precision they showed throughout was outstanding. They worked in such a clean and organised manner, always tidying as they went and treating our home with great care and respect.
It is rare to receive service of this standard nowadays. Professional, skilled, friendly, and genuinely committed to delivering the best result possible. We are absolutely delighted and would highly recommend Express Bi-fold Doors — especially Tony and Dean — to anyone looking for quality products and first-class installation.

Had our bifold doors and a window installed yesterday. What an excellent duo Brian and Declan are, nothing was too much trouble, fixed a potential issue with the install, great workers, polite and friendly. A credit to the business. The products themselves look fantastic.

An excellent experience throughout from our initial contact at the Leeds branch to the surveyor who inspired confidence with his knowledge and expertise to Brian and Declan who fitted our bifold doors. They worked well as a team, were professional, efficient and cheerful even when working in the pouring rain.

We’ve just had a 2 panel bifold door installed and would highly recommend this company. From the lovely showroom in East Kilbride (the only thing lovely about EK!) to the sales staff, fitters and communication from their head office, everything has been great. The quality of the door is amazing and our fitters Mick and Andy were friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently had new bi folding doors installed by this company and honestly so impressed and happy I used them. The guys arrived on time and they were super friendly, polite and did a great job. From the sales representative all the way to the fitters, Express Bi-folding Doors is excellent. The door is of top notch quality with carefully thought out features. Would use again. Highly recommend!

After the initial install that was fantastic. a few years down the line the internal blinds have started to scratch the internal glazed glass. Only option i have been told is to replace the unit @ a cost of over £1100. Im sure this must be a fault as the other 3 sections with blinds in are fine and get as much use a the blind that has failed. Just be aware if you are ordering internal Solar blinds, no discount offerd to replace the units.

Based on recent experience felt like being pushed in to make a deposit felt like it was in a car showroom Stephen Bloomberg. Don’t answer emails even after he says so another managing director is only concerned about making profits instead of customer satisfaction. I am an old customer has had doors on Windows before their prices have gone fluid from 8% to 10% to 12%. As from Monday they don’t seem to know what percentage they’re actually on, but they know what percentage deposit they want you to pay surprisingly.

Have just had the final phase of a three phase install completed. The product is excellent but the guys who installed really did have the customer in mind when installing. With it being a three phase install there were issues and problems but all were sorted without fuss and the whole team from James (salesperson) Beverley (install manager) and the guys who did the work were professional throughout.

Great service by James in the Weybridge showroom and great installation by Joe and Aidan. Couldn’t be happier! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The quality of the Express Sliding Door product is exceptional, and the process from ordering to installation is faultless.
A special acknowledgment should go to our fitters Steve and Roman, who were professionals, tidy, organised, on time and great guys, who made the installation process flow seamlessly. A job well done of which we are extremely thankful.
