Scott and Matt from Express bi-fold came to fix a seal on a window at the agreed time . Whilst they were here they checked all handles throughout the house and a seal on a bifold something not on their original ‘to do’ list. Very courteous,efficient and respectful of furnishings. Great lads, all jobs done satisfactorily

Great doors and Curtis is a legend
We stupidly got our excellent doors fitted by guys who did our renovations rather than getting team at bifolds direct to fit them. After a few months things started to go wrong. They became harder to open and close. We rang the customer support and they got Curtis to come out and take a look. It became apparent they had been fitted incorrectly and over a few visits and a relatively small charge we replaced a panel and fixed a few other issues. Curtis was always friendly, approachable and we knew where we stood when it came to issues and cost to fix things. The doors now work even better than ever before. Would recommend the doors as they are really well made and designed, and I would recommend using the express bi-folds team to fit them to avoid issues in the future. They know their product inside out and you’ll get a seemless install that’ll last well into the future without issue.

Great customer service!
We love our bi folds but have had a couple of issues with the blinds inside the doors. Each time the customer service has been brilliant and express bi folds have come out and fixed the issue. Scott and Matt today were friendly and helpful and replaced our door promptly.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. They installed the very large doors at the back of my house perfectly. I did have a minor issue later on, but it was sorted quickly and without any hassle.
Matt and Scott came out to fix it — both were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. They left everything clean and tidy too and fussed over my dogs!
Really pleased with the service overall. Highly recommended!

Sliding doors
We had sl8ding doors, a fixed panel window and a skylight fitted this week. Joe and his colleague were prompt , efficient , informative, helpful and friendly. Joe noticed 2 marks on window and skylight, so has ordered replacements for us.
However I would say that my 5 stars is purely for Joe and his colleague aa the customer service from the office at Express has not been efficient or helpful for various reasons. However, the products do look fantastic and we are very happy. Again we had a couple of queries with the office, which were easily sorted with Joe, but the office were trying to complicate things.
Shame really as doors aren't cheap!

The whole team was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my many questions, were always available for extra advice, and the final bifold doors and window are brilliant, I am very happy with the whole process and final product. Great product and service
We had a challenging renovation and many things had to go wrong of course, but with Express Bi Folds and Adam in particular - things just ran as smoothly as they could have. From the showroom experience through to quoting, design and re-design - nothings was too much trouble nor technical challenge the team could not tackle. We are extremely pleased with the result. If all suppliers and services ran as reliably and smoothly it would have been pretty nice! Thank you Adam and Bi Folds - we are just loving our old new home and the special doors!

From start to finish dealing with Express Bi Fold has been a pleasure. Visiting the showroom in Leeds, finalising the order with Dominic and the installation by Steve & Adam all went seamlessly. From the start of the query to the resolution the company process was efficient and effective. Communication throughout, the engineer arrived as indicated, was courteous, considerate and informative throughout. Problem with door alignment resolved and thoroughly explained the action taken.
