Big thanks to corrine thynne for sorting out the problem I had with my door 5 star

This was the first time I'd used these guys and the whole experience was so easy. Design your door online , order and pay, and as a Yorkshireman I do my my homework regarding price and they were very competitive, in fact the cheapest which is always a worry but fear not. The door is good quality and the level of service second to non, a lovely girl called Becca kept me informed about progress and even brought the delivery day forward from a Monday to the Friday so I could fit it that weekend at my request.

The design online was so straightforward and the delivery was super quick!

Excellent quality. Single Door Arrived on time.
Packaged well and with the glass packaged separately which made the hanging of the door easier.

Delivery date was given within a day from placing the order & it was delivered on time with the Delivery Driver calling to advise time of delivery. Spot on.
Delivery Driver so friendly and courteous. A credit to the Company.

The quality of there doors are bad avoid at all cost am reviewing about the quality of the door not the design of the door

Amazing quality & price, the best I could find on the Internet. Communication from the company was spot on, they answered all my questions in a very friendly manner both on the phone & via email. Delivery was as promised, driver phoned up 45mins beforehand. The door was well packaged & came with an installation guide, we self installed.
The one & only gripe I had was the damn large sticker on the pane of glass (we have a window above our door, it comes as 1 unit). What an absolute nuisance to remove, had to soak it with hot soapy water and scrub it off, took around 15mins.

Amazing company, fabulous customer service and quality products. I ordered Cortizo 4700 sliding doors and they arrived really well packaged and promptly. From start to finish, the whole external doors team go above and beyond, sorting out any queries without delay. Thank you

Being a bit ‘old school’, I always worry about buying things like this online so I called the contact number and all three ladies I dealt with were extremely helpful and reassuring. I purchased a door with side panel and a bathroom window, I am very pleased with them and the quality was excellent. Delivery was as scheduled and I received an hours notice before they arrived. I couldn’t find a better price anywhere. I am already speaking to them about buying more windows.

Helen and Imogen were so helpful, friendly and patient with my changes, nothing was too much trouble. The door arrived as planned and looks to be good quality and value for money. It would be nice to have the frame colour match all the door colours, I think majority do on the standard range but other than that a good service.

Would use again and recommend to anyone. I tried 1st glass for a quote and they were over priced and not nice to deal with, also based in Huddersfield.

Excellent door, delivered early on the date stated and fitted it myself in half a day, saving myself over £1,000.

This is the 3rd door I’ve had from them the website is easy to navigate. The customer service is very helpful cannot fault the doors. Delivery time very good mine was within 2weeks really pleased with all the 3 door I bought. Thank you to all the team.

Door is good, the only thing is the escutcheon on the front is wonky but it doesn't affect the door from working.

Great build quality, very impressed. Found their customer service to be excellent as I had to pause delivery due to a muscle injury and they helped with hinges adjustment instructions while fitting.
Will definitely be buying from again.

I recently ordered a door from External Doors Online but unfortunately, there was a small fault on the door when it arrived. However, the Customer Service Team sorted the issue immediately and without fuss. The standard of a company is not judged when things go well it is how they react when they don't. In this case they proved to be exceptional. The door is now fitted and looks superb.

I have used external doors online previously so when I needed another new door they were the company I went for.
