Fantastic experience and found what we were looking for
My husband and I came in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. We were really impressed with Phil Brannigan who was so helpful, knowledgeable and really helped us feel confident in our purchase. He took his time to make sure we got what we needed, at no point did we feel rushed or pressured into a decision.

Helpful staff and good pricing
Sales team member Richard was very patient but also knowledgeable when buying my mattress
He explained the difference types and all the prices well.
Delivery was on week advised and I received an email to then go onto a link to get updates.
The delivery men were pleasant when delivering goods

Great Experience in Store
Called into the Holywood Store last week to look for a sofa and chair for our Conservatory and some bedroom furniture. We were looked after by Senior sales executive, Donna Thompson. We had a great experience in store from start to finish. Donna listened carefully to our requirements before showing us some sofas, giving us some great advice and ideas. After choosing a sofa and matching chair, we then asked about beds. Again Donna listened to our specific requirements before explaining carefully the various options. At no time did we feel any pressure into buying or rushed into making a decision. We also decided on buying some bedside units and drawers. Donna then explained carefully the finance options and the whole process was made very simple and straightforward from start to finish. Thank you Donna, we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa and bedroom furniture in the coming weeks.

Staff very good Jenni was very attentive
Staff, very friendly and welcoming no pressure selling which was good , helpful when we were ready to ask questions and gave to advice
Jenni served us in Holywood Exchange store ,who was very helpful and made sure she had correct information as to what we wanted before purchase, moved all round the store to sort matching cushions .Now just waiting on delivery which is 2-3 weeks instead of 14-16 from other stores for my new sofa. Five Star service
We called into this store on the way to Harvey Normans. So glad we did. We explained to Samantha Moffett. What we were looking for. Unfortunately they didn’t have the mattress in stock. We explained we needed it ASAP. Samantha rang the Boucher Rd store, without any luck, then the warehouse itself. She managed to have one delivered the following week. Absolutely fantastic service. Will definitely be back

Happy and impressed
We were impressed with the shop and it had re-unique pieces of furniture but just found that an average shop. Of course we ummed and arr’d around what we want to do, but Phil Brannigan supported us and was incredibly patient. We would highly recommend on the variety of pieces, good deals and sensible post purchase care options.

My fiancée and I visited EZ Living…
My fiancée and I visited EZ Living interiors recently and we thoroughly enjoyed our customer service experience! We were served and looked after well by Samantha, who even went the extra mile and made us coffee and brought it over to us. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying anything. We purchased a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa. The sofas are just lovely! Great price, great service and great staff.

Bought a new sofa
Bought a new sofa. Staff were so helpful. They ensured we got the sofa size that fitted our room, spent time talking through different options and also have the lovely touch of ordering us hot drinks while we talked through everything.
