We called to the store today looking a new bed and bedroom furniture we were left alone to look around which was great then Rich Chambers approach us offering his assistance which was so helpful answering all of our questions then again gave us some space to make up our mind which again was great not being put under pressure then he completed our order of a new bed and new furniture excellent experience.

We popped into EZ Living in Holywood…

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review on EZ living interiors as my products havent arrived yet , dining table and a sideboard. Dining table was ready for delivery a few weeks later after putting an order but the sideboard isn't ready for up to 3 month. I do not understand why they put a display of a furniture in store if it is not in stock or not available within a few weeks. I cant comment on delivery service either as i was told both items will be delivered together unless I pay for each product delivery service separate. I hope customer service improves. However staff in store were all friendly and quick to help with all product information needed.

Great choices and super service
I went shopping today with my father for a new sofa and chairs. The selection in EZ Living is excellent and the staff were very helpful.
We were looked after by Dylan Rhodes and he was friendly, professional and explained everything in great detail.

Hassel free Mattress Purchase
My wife and I called into the EZ Living store in Holywood and were helped by Samantha Moffett. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but without any pressure at all. Her relaxed, casual approach made the whole experience very easy and pressure free.
We ended up purchasing a mattress, and She arranged the delivery for us. Everything went exactly as planned.
We’re delighted with the mattress — it’s great — and very happy with the overall experience from start to finish.
A big thank you to Samantha for making the whole process so straightforward. We would definitely recommend her and EZ Living to anyone looking for a new mattress.
