Formula One Autocentres - Gloucester Reviews 

Had the pleasure to use Formula One Autocentres in Gloucester today and they have won me over as a new customer. The service and professionalism is second to none and the customer service is fantastic. I give this place 5 Stars and that is well derived.

Absolutely ace, can always count on them to give me an honest answer, no scamming.

I never have any luck with tyres constantly finding screws in my tyres, I rang up at least 4 different tyre places in Gloucester and they couldn’t fit me in as it was Sunday, I need my car to get to work tomorrow, Luckily Chris Lane answered from Formula one autocentre such a friendly bloke, he told me to bring the car down ASAP and he will have a look to see if it needs a new tyre or puncher could be fixed, within 20 minutes tyre was sorted, the cost was free, I couldn’t believe it! Nothings free these days, Forever grateful and definitely will use you guys in the future for any of my car issues, Chris you life saver👍🏻

Always find formula one to be honest & helpful

I had tyre pressure warning come up on my car went to check if I had puncture was very happy with Joe who took my car to a technician who checked my tyre and gave me reassurance that I was safe to drive home to mid wales and advised I needed to get back plate checked as it was coming loose this I am doing in my own garage. Staff were knowedgable and very helpful would reccomend

Great experience in Gloucester today. Two new headlamp bulbs fitted. Fast, efficient service while we waited.

Got a puncture and being a Sunday limited to open tyre service centres and no one could fit me in until Monday. Took the car to my local Formula one garage and left it with them in the hope they could do it same day. They had a cancellation and did it for me that day. Excellent service and went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend!

I ordered tyres, on line, which were at a competetive price and made an appointment at the Gloucester site to suit me. I arrived on time, courteous staff, job completed promptly, I left as a satisfied customer. What more does anyone need.

Big thanks to Joe and the team for looking after my car and going to extra mile to help with a couple of other small issues whilst I was in getting a new set of tyres. I'll definitely be returning here in the future - the workshop is clean and tidy, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive.

The vehicle failed it's mot. Very efficient on getting parts for vehicle so car would pass mot, would use formula1 again. Staff were very helpful.

Formula One autocentres are pretty good in general but it needs to be Gloucester Depot everytime

I was at the side of the road for 2 hours, knew my ETA as was tracking recovery. Arrived at F1 and told I wasn't booked in, because they didn't know what time I'd be there. Then said would be 45 mins to an hour. I believed that to be from start to finish. When the car was untouched after 45 mins I was told that was how long it would take until it was looked at. Customer service is about managing expectations. The customer toilets were so disgusting they were a health hazard. No soap either. There was the well rehearsed mantra, I can only apologise. In the end someone, a manager? Took pity on me and got my car in. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.
