About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

We booked this company to remove…
We booked this company to remove rubbish from our garden and small garden storage. First of all, they arrived 2.5 hours late. Secondly, they came with a very small vehicle, which was clearly not suitable for the job.
When we showed them what needed to be done, they refused to do it. They didn’t have the proper tools or equipment, and they simply couldn’t complete the job. Their English was also very poor, and whenever we tried to explain something, they couldn’t understand us.
Overall, they were completely unprepared and unprofessional. We wasted our time and even took a day off specifically to be there and organise everything. In the end, I had to find another company, who came and actually did the job properly.
Very disappointing experience. It’s a shame I can’t give 0 stars, because that’s what this service deserved.

Great gardeners
The two phoned arrival time ahead, were friendly, efficient in completing the tasks requested and others and cleared up the mess afterwards. Would use them again. The booking process was smart.

Amazing cleaners
Sillman and his crew worked so hard and were very clear about what was possible in the time I had booked. Everything was spotless when they finished. They even amended the booking at the last minute to ensure they could finish the whole house. Really happy with their service.

Very thorough. Very happy. The house looked absolutely amazing after they had finished. We have 5 cats and the back door is always open so leaves blow in the kitchen and the sitting room and the floors haven't been properly cleaned for ages. Cat hair gets stuck to the carpet upstairs. We have a shark vacuum and I use the cat hair remover on it but it has never looked as clean as it did when they finished scrubbing it. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible experience with Rebecca
Just got off the phone with a lady named Rebecca whom I asked politely to take my name off the calling list as I’ve been called several times by the team and have stressed I don’t need the services - just wanted a quote. With a strong attitude she said to me that IM the one who signed up for a call back. I calmly reiterated that I’ve been called several times and she put the phone down on me. I’ve used fantastic services just once before for cleaning which was subpar. This was for a removals quote. I will not ever be using this company again after that interaction. Horrible customer service.

Going the extra mile. . .
Once again, we were treated to Me's. cleaning skills. She takes pride in her efforts and has said, on more than one occasion, that she enjoys keeping our house clean. Me. often goes the extra mile . . . this time, she single-handedly filled a king-size duvet cover with its duvet, not an easy task for two. Neither I, nor my wife had asked her to perform this task. Me. always asks me to check her work, not that I need to. Me. is a credit to her employers and a shining example of just what a fine cleaner should be.
