Happy with my tshirt order
The shirt I ordered is really good quality and matches the product photos perfectly! The material is thicker than I expected (in a good way). Shipping to Canada was also relatively fast. I got a 2xl and it’s a bit smaller than a North American 2xl but not by much.

Parcel never arrived
I ordered two items over a month ago but I only received one of them. I’ve contacted them several times to ask about the other parcel’s status but got no reply for a week straight. I then contacted them again this week and finally got a reply, which wasn’t even by an actual person, it was AI generated! It told me they’d ship it out within two days which they never did. Even if they shipped it out now I don’t think it would arrive in time for the concert I need it for. I’m never ordering from here again and I want a full 81€ refund.

The first arrived earlier, and the second with your NCT Wish lightstick was delivered on June 15th, well before the July 1st date you needed it by. We sent you the tracking for the lightsticks' package on June 6th. We do hope you received it well.
We also hear you on the support side, and we're sorry it felt slow and impersonal. That's something we're actively improving.

My package arrived after a couple weeks which is to be expected as it's imported from Korea but there was no damage at all to my product and it was exactly as it was advertised. I even got some free fan art! I am definitely going to use this service more often!

Absolutely Terrible Experience
It has been over THREE MONTHS since I placed my order, and I still have not received the album.
The package has already gone through shipping issues TWICE, and instead of actually helping the customer, they expected ME to contact the post office and sort everything out myself. What exactly am I paying for?
To make things worse, after all this time and frustration, they refused to issue a proper refund and only offered STORE CREDIT. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to keep spending money at a store that failed to deliver the original order in the first place.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointing customer service, terrible handling of shipping problems, and zero accountability.
I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

It never arrived to my adress. It was considered as delivered and yet wasn't even sent to my house, only arrived at a delivery center. I waited more than a month after due date, so I think I've been more than patient.

Good company, long waits
Overall the company is a great company with fast replies and easy ways to understand the company. However I dislike how the deliveries were extremely delayed and made it hard to tell from the tracking given to know where it actually was. My clothes came great but I would prefer without this inconvenience next time I order.
