We have been a customer of fibia for years. Recently the service has become very poor with lots of shut downs. We get half the speed that we are paying for and when you call service your put on an endless loop of really bad music. No cue count nor wait time. Sorry to say but it might be time for a change. With 4 internet breakdowns this month alone the service has become unreliable.

Useless!!!
Useless!!!! Got this Internet this Tuesday and it didn't bloody work, had to call them to activate the freaking WiFi which took them two hours to call me back.
And then the Internet doesn't even function properly, I cannot play games I cannot stream anything at all I can't use my phone either cause the Internet is that ass, I'm supposed to be getting 500/500 and I'm not getting any of that. I asked to get a technician and I cant even get that without having to pay for their screw up. I had to write all these lame pointless emails to them in order to have a technician come by and check what tha hell is wrong with the router.
This is the worst net provider I've been with, I'm gonna quit and go back to my old one. Would not recommend this, all they do is stale and not help.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a bad experience with your connection.
We have a speed guarantee on all our connections, but this only count for a cable connection. If you use WIFI there is no guarantee anymore, since it's not possible to make that guarantee.
If you lack a wider reach on WIFI, it's possible to get more Wireless units to our SmartWIFI. If you need another unit, then call us at 70 29 24 44 and order one.

Terrible WiFi connection.
Terrible WiFi connection.
I work from home and my partner studies from home so we need a solid connection. Half of the time, we need to resort to using our smartphone as a hotspot because we can't connect to the WiFi.
We have only been a customer for a few weeks now but this is by far the most unreliable connection I have ever seen in 3 countries.

It's sad to hear that the WIFI connection is not good enuough for your use. In Fibia we have 2 types of WIFI solutions. We have our standard WIFI from the Fiberbox and then we also have our SmartWIFI, which is WIFI extenders working as a MESH.

I have received first class service from Frederik. He was very helpful and clear in his communication. The solution was suggested on the spot and the case was resolved without any additional cost to me. I wish all companies treated their customers this way.
