Excellent , quick, friendly and personal service.
Fantastic product

We bought one and it is very successful, although it has taken about 4 months for birds to get used to it. We now have blue tits, sparrows, goldfinches, greenfinches and robins using it. Now bought another one to provide different food.

Mixed experience. Feeders arrived yesterday and were well packaged and appear robust. Set up today. Tricky to attach full double feeder into ZIG protector particularly as the thread for the lid means you are opening the feeder slots as you turn it so feed spilled. Not a lot of space to work around inside protector but certainly will stop squirrels. Very poor service from Evri- delays and poor communication. Unfortunately Finches Friend have still not responded to my email concerns regarding this so I would question the level of customer service from the company. As a very avid feeder of wild birds I welcome the product but wish that basic communication courtesy was a higher priority. The unwillingness of an increasing number of companies, including finches friend to provide telephone support doesn’t bode well for customer service if there is an issue.

This feeder has been a lifesaver for our Finches - when I had an issue with the top - Finches Friends were incredibly helpful and resolved our issue. it’s so easy to switch out the bottom feeder every week. Our feeder is visited by - Finches Green and Gold plus Blue Tits and all are regular visitors to the feeder and remain healthy !

I have had my feeders for a couple of years and hung them from the beams of a pergola. I recently took down the pergola but retained one upright to hang the feeders. The crows & jackdaws then discovered they could rock the feeders thus spilling the seed out! I purchased two cages and they can no longer attack the feeders! The small birds have returned and can safely feed. Thankyou!!!!

Well designed and made window feeder, which protects food from rain etc, and is easy to refill with removable hopper. It was also delivered very quickly in a strong protective box.

For some reason the finches aren’t going for it but the tits and the sparrows love it! Easy to clean and refill, and the squirrels don’t seem interested.

Excellent product and the goldfinches were feeding within a couple of hours!

I purchased a CF1 after reading an article about how they had been designed to prevent bird diseases.
Unfortunately the birds didn’t get much of a look in, as the squirrels held a party, and scoffed the food!
I emailed the company three times to ask if they could suggest anything that could help, but heard nothing back, which is very disappointing.
The company has now made a squirrel proof cage for the CF1, which I have ordered. Hopefully this will solve the problem, and will not be just another waste of money!
As a business based in the UK, I felt the high price for the bird feeder was worth paying, but I was wrong. I am very disappointed that the company did not respond to any of my emails.

It's a sturdy feeder but the squirrels are eating most of the seed. I know you sell cages but quite expensive.

It's great that a manufacturer of bird feeders has really thought about how birds feed and how they can feed more hygienically. This feeder can be easily cleaned. The seed is gravity-fill, like chicken feeders and remains dry in bad weather. There is so much less waste. I have watched a fledgling siskin and both its parents feeding at the same time. Magical!

The bird feeder 2 is simple to use however I would not buy it on its own as I did - get the caged version to prevent starlings feeding whilst spraying seeds everywhere as they flap their wings to maintain balance.

Great product that looks built to last. It took a week or so for the birds to get used to it. Coal tits were the first, then siskin, then goldfinches. Now all the birds are feeding from it. I have recommended it to my friends.

The finches friend is a robust bird feeder that creates hardly any waste and keeps the seed (sunflower hearts) dry. With a changeable dispenser, this can be cleaned daily if necessary as it comes with a replacement dispenser. Even though the RSPB recommend no seed or nut feeding during the summer, with the finches friend, I can’t see an issue with spreading disease.

The feeders are really easy to clean and we very much like this aspect of them. The seed tray doesn't seem as robust as the rest of the feeder, this will be our forth purchase. Delivery is always quick and the feeder comes well packaged with lots of information on how to use and clean it.

Why does it have an Automotive business as the company I paid for my bird feeder? Very confusing - and unnerving - I thought someone was scamming me.
Otherwise its a good product - if pricey. The birds haven't taken to it though - perhaps because its nearly May and the warm weather is here.
