The Feeders arrived quickly, packaging was first class and the box was undamaged. The Feeders are much better made than cheaper alternatives that I seem to replace every year so should justify the cost. Unfortunately my Peanut Feeder has been crushed during manufacture so I need it replacing but having left a message to that effect on the Web site and also Emailing them I have had no reply so I have to say If the items arrive ok you are good but should you get a faults one thier AfterSales is very poor/ non existant in my experience.
Update: A replacement Peanut feeder arrived via Evri this morning with a return label for the damaged one. So all sorted now but still no messages from Customer Service which would have given me more confidence that something was being done.

Robust and well made. Great new idea - hope it keeps the birds safe.
I bought spare base so I can swop easily.
Holds good amount of seed
It took me a while to work out how to replace but easy once you know !

Love this product, it's so good to know I can feed our birds without worrying about spreading disease. Always very helpful and responsive to emails, I'm now buying the feeders for many of my friends.

Top quality bird feeders designed with the well-being of our feathered friends in mind. I have two of the CF1 feeders (plus two spare feed stations) - one with mixed seeds and the other with suet pellets - plus the Cleaner Peanut Feeder. Have tried cheaper feeders but they don't last and are more difficult to clean.

The birds prefer the old simpler design of feeder.

My new Finches Friend feeder arrived almost immediately, could not fault delivery. I have had a FF feeder for many years and think they are wonderful, but when the lugs broke off the connecting device I submitted 3 requests on their contact page questioning if they supply a new part, to-date have received no reply. What is the point of a contact page if it is never opened.

I’m giving the company and the product 5 stars despite the woeful Evri delivery time.

Well packaged good quality finches friend feeders. They are mostly great, except that they can be difficult to unscrew to refill if you don't have big hands. And.... my local blackbirds have worked out how to use the feeders! But, my pigeons haven't... Yet!

Excellent well designed and implemented seed bird feeder which should ensure safe feeding for birds. Looks robust and seed remains dry and fresh looking in feeding tray. Ability to easily wash and disinfect feeding station weekly hugely reassuring.

I now have 3 Finches Friends feeder 2. They were delivered promptly and well packaged.
They are sturdy feeders, holding a lot of sunflower hearts which is great for the many birds I get on my feeders.
Changing the feeding station was a bit fiddly until I got the hang of how it works and it takes 2 seconds now. You receive a spare feeding station with each feeder 2, so I change them daily with a clean one.
The various finches, tits and a robin took to them right away. The squirrel tried and gave up.
Goldfinches, blue tits, coal tits, great tits and sisken use the caged one too.
