The polo shirt and tee shirt have just arrived they look terribly cheap and nasty . Not only that - I paid £39.99 for the polo shirt and inside the packing is a sales sticker which says £20. I paid £31.99 for the tee shirt and on the sticker inside the packing is a sales sticker for £16. An absolutely con and I am sending them back which I will obviously have to pay for! I paid £6.99 for delivery as I wanted to have them for grandsons birthday. I wouldn’t use them for dish rags.

I bought a pair of FireTrap school shoes for my 15 year old son from Sports Direct at the end of summer holidays. Just five months later, despite him taking very good care of them, the heels on both shoes are coming away, as it the front of the sole on both shoes, meaning they now let in water when it rains. For a pair of shoes with a RRP of £50, this is totally unacceptable. They are in no way fit for purpose. This is the first Firetrap product I have bought and it will be my last!

Went to a store think firetrap was one of the brands with some items that was actually 100% cotton , the more expensive brands were a mix of cotton and polyester and that’s not right .
So well done Firetrap for selling quality items helping health and environment.

First class handling of a complaint. Excellent communication and no-quibble resolution. Increasingly rare in today’s market so very impressed. Well done Firetrap.

Son received rhino.booys for school and withing 4 days the toung started to feel and is all patchy, awful quality and service.
Have no receipt. So told nothing can be done. They were 70.
Waste of money. Avoid them.
Customer service on messenger also quite rude.

I bought my first pair of Dr. Domello 10 Years back in a shop in England. After I left in 2017 I had to buy at Amazon. com.
Now it is not available at Amazon anymore. But therefore I found your web shop. Happy to have that continuity.

Very pleased with shorts. Replaced a pair I had had more than 10 years, and so exactly what I wanted. Plenty of secure pockets.

Nice material, poor crafted.
I have 2 pairs of lovelly cargo trousers.
The zip on the my camo ones went after my second time wearing them.
My black ones same zip lasted a year if even.
And I got one of the thier belts and the thing fell apart today after a year.
(This was made in China. I only seen once looking at the damage)
Where is FireTrap even from? I believed them to be great quality.
Man was I wrong.

Never order on line (you can buy in Sports Direct) The price I paid for each of my 5 items was £31.99 on receipt each had a sale label and reduced price 3 to £16, 1 to €17 and 1 to €14.50. I emailed customer services received acknowledgment but no follow up. No phone number to ring. Tried returning & only 4 show up on order to return. Absolutely appalling performance and customer service.

Don't shop with this company,when attempting to return my order i was lied to repeatedly,they continuously tryed to delay the return,the return portal would not recognise the order number or email address, the goods i received were in shocking condition

Firetrap makes great shoes for men. I lived in England and enjoyed wearing them. I now live in the USA. I recently ordered a new pair of stylish boots because they are better than what I can find in the States. They fit perfect! I also ordered a long sleeve shirt which may need a little tailoring before the fit is just right but again, the style is great.

Careful using this company. It’s not the original firetrap but the one taken over by sports direct.
Most of the online products are actually for sale at lower prices in sports direct as I found with my t shirt which came with a sales sticker on it at £16 less.
That is not legal to charge a customer the higher price.
Avoid

Firetrap winter coats are ok but yeh zip quality is awful. They continually get caught in other material. Sticky. Feels like they are made in china! Poor zip quality
